<p>By the way, your Question Details &gt; More System Details shows two versions of Flash, 15.x and 18.x. To locate and remove the old version, you can type or paste <strong>about:plugins</strong> in the address bar, then use Find (Ctrl+f) to look for <em>NPSWF</em> and find the physical location of the old DLL file. Usually it's safe to remove but if you're nervous, renaming it with a .OLD extension should hide it from Firefox.
