Thunderbird shows configuration could not be verified- is the email or password wrong despite both being correct.

I'm trying to sync my gmail and outlook accounts with Thunderbird and I couldn't sync even one of those. For both I got the same error that I mentioned above. How can I solve this and add my mail accounts to Thunderbird?
