TB opens to inbox but a dialogue box appears "Advance to next message" choices are yes or no.

Occasinally TB opens to inbox, but a dialogue box appears "Advance to next message" Choices are yes or no. Clicking either yes or no does not make the dialogue box disappear. The only way to view messages in the inbox is to "Control-Alt-Delete" and end task. When TB reopens the dialogue box is gone. It is annoying but only happens occasionally. What causes this?
