can't move tabs or customize icons
I can't move tabs by grabbing with lmb, they move fine with ctrl+shift+page down/page up. And when I press "Customize", I cant rearrange icons. I tried safe mode, I uninstall completely Firefox. I can fine move whole Firefox or icons in Windows,

Didn't help. It's weird bug, in other browser all fine, but base on Firefox they don't move. I tried Waterfox and Firefox dev. version. When I grab icons in customization its has animation that i grab them, but they just don't move.
Edit: Your post gave me idea. I creates new Windows Profile and Firefox there completely fine, I don't know what he dislike in my current profile, but i guess problem solved

Not sure what you changes with Windows when you say
I creates new Windows Profile
if you create a new Windows user account that creates a new Firefox profile for that account. Otherwise I guess it was just some Windows issue causing the problem.
