Why internal hyperlinks are not working for eBay listing product template?

Hi developers,

I am facing some problem in my browser. I design the eBay listing template for the ebay item http://www.ebay.com/itm/321797659906 . There is a menu in product description area.

Description Payments Shipping Return

Please see the attached image. Marked are menu items.

Last 4 menu items are linked by internal hyperlink. They are not working. How can I fix this problem? Its working in IE but not in Mozilla Firefox and chrome.

Please help me.
