I can't access my work e-mail from home anymore. What can I do?

Posted

I have been longing onto my work from home. Now it says it doesn't recognize the address. Is there something blocking my ability to log onto that site?

Is Firefox reporting that the server cannot be found? Can other browsers such as Safari find it?

Some business mail servers are inside a firewall or require access through a VPN. Is it possible that Firefox used to start a VPN connection automatically but is no longer is set up to do that?
