Thunderbird slow on my Mac
I see the color spinning wheel often when I am in Thunderbird, it is slow to open a message or view other messages. What can I do to speed this up? I have deleted as much as email as I can. I am around 1500 Emails. Please advise. Thank you!

No I do not on my Mac.
Wait I do have Trend Micro, but I do not think it scans my email messages? I've had Trend for awhile, the email issues started about a month ago, keeps getting worse.
I moved all my emails from Inbox to a folder. Still lags when trying to reply or email (the spinning icon appears). Makes it slow for me to do anything quickly. Any other ideas?
Yes, disable trend micro and see if things improve. My guess is they will dramatically.
And please tell us your results :)
