I need flash toaccess my banking sites, how do I add it to new Firefox

A few Firefox automatic updates ago, my on-line banking (and their) sites began to tell me I needed Flash and demanded that I load it. Tried, but Firefox refuses to add-on a flash support module. Claims it is outmoded. Firefox offers a substitute. Tried it. Does not meed the bank site's requirement. Using Chrome and IE (which support and include Flash) but would prefer to return to Firefox. How do I load flash, (or return to an earlier version of Firefox which allows flash to be added)? currently using FF 32.03

Hello, if you mean adobe flash player you can download from the next link the latest : http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

close firefox before install flash player
