Mozilla is ending official support for Firefox Price Tracker on September 30, 2019. If you have Price Tracker installed, an upcoming add-on update will notify you of this retirement timeline. The Price Tracker add-on will also uninstall itself within 30 days of this final update. Mozilla has no plans to resume Price Tracker in the future.

History

Price Tracker began as a proof-of-concept experiment in Firefox Test Pilot, an experimental feature development program. Price Tracker launched under the name Price Wise.

Uninstallation

Price Tracker will uninstall itself within 30 days of final update. However, if you prefer to uninstall Price Tracker sooner, you may do so manually using one of the following options:

Uninstall on the Add-on page

• Visit the Price Tracker Add-on Page at addons.mozilla.org
• Click the Remove button near the top of the page. The add-on will uninstall immediately.

Uninstall from the Firefox menu

1. Click Tools in the Firefox menu.
2. Click Add-ons.
3. Find Price Tracker on the Add-ons Manager
4. Click the … icon and then select Remove.
