I just downloaded Firefox and came to the page for importing data to Firefox, where it says " Import browser data" followed by a box containing "Microsoft Edge" in the next line, then

Select the data you’d like to import. Favorites Saved passwords Browsing history Form autofill data

then the prompt to Import

Is this a trick for Edge to import the data rather than Firefox or as it should be for Firefox to Import the data including that in Edge? As you might have guessed - I don't trust Edge or Microsoft one little bit.

Your instructions for migrating passwords from Safari to Firefox are outdated, ex.: there is no "Preferences" option, and no "..." to export

My Safari version on Macbook Pro is: Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8) And my Macbook Pro runs: Sequoia 15.5

I'm looking for help in transferring everything from Firefox to Chrome. If anyone knows how, because Google isn't being the best help at the moment. I recently switched to mozilla from chrome. I tried to import everything from chrome. But it could not import the saved password. Can you help me identify the cause that is preventing login details import from chrome?

Good afternoon, I had to format my PC and when I installed Firefox, when I logged in, I noticed that it didn't import the bookmarks I had associated with the account (as I always do) or the saved passwords. Everything disappeared. Why? Can I recover this data? Thank you.

How can export all of my bookmarks in Firefox?

I want to import web page bookmarks from MS Edge. I tried to do it per the settings help page, but I cannot get my firefox bookmarks to populate with the ones from my Edge browser. This problem is a deal breaker that may send me (under duress) back to MS Edge, and I really don't want that.

Hi, I cannot import my Firefox bookmarks from my macbook pro 2021 to my macbook pro 2024. When I select "import data", only Safari show up, not Firefox, which has been my default browser for many years. Please help me, thanks, cindi
