You say to go to the download page and my version of Windows will be detected & you'll give me the correct version. However, IE 8 in Windows 7 won't go to your download page. So, I need to download from another computer and copy the file to the Windows 7 computer. This doesn't work when you detect that the computer doing the download is a newer computer. How do I tell your system to give me the Windows 7 installer?

My entire Firefox account has disappeared, bookmarks, passwords, email, history, everything. I shut down my Mac Airbook when I left town Tuesday, powered up when I got home today and when i clicked on my Firefox icon at the bottom of the page, a new, unrecognizable Firefox page appeared asking for a signon rather than my default page, my email. Can you help me recover everything? Lloyd

firefox removed my bookmarks and they had no right to do so. This upsets me big time, and like everything else they have no phone line to cll for support. firefox is a real pice of work.

When I went into my email this AM, a line above it stated that my browser no longer is supported. I have a desk-top MAC OS operating system and I have used Firefox to get into my email for a very long time. What gives? Thank you.

On my first PC, I have this specific sidebar icon in my toolbar. When I click it, the sidebar opens with Gemini ready to go. Perfect.

But on my second PC, that specific icon is nowhere to be found. Even when I go to "Customize Toolbar," it’s not in the list of available buttons. The only thing I can use is the generic "Sidebar" button, which is annoying because it doesn't open Gemini directly, it just opens the general sidebar and I have to click again.

I provided an image, where the first icon is what I want, but only second icon is available.

I’ve been testing a simple online click counter to track clicks and sometimes test my clicking speed. The tool works fine most of the time, but in Firefox I noticed that after refreshing the page the counter occasionally keeps the previous number instead of resetting to 0.

I’m not sure if it’s related to Firefox caching or local storage behavior. Has anyone experienced something similar with web tools that store values in the browser?

Would clearing cache or disabling something fix it, or could it be a Firefox-specific issue?

I would like to make a new account with an email account I control. Currently, the secondary email address can receive 2FA codes and such, but is there some way to transfer all of the history I have with the account to a new one? I cannot make the secondary email address the new one because my university email is now unable to receive emails such as 2FA codes.

On a certain bank site when making payments you go through the process setting them up and then when you go to confirm payment the banks screen goes grey. I use the same format for other banks. help please.
