What is going on with the Bookmarks function continuously duplicating? I've used the add-in tool (Love It!), but my bookmarks keep duplicating! What is going on & are you going to fix it? I use Mozilla Firefox exclusively as I don't like or trust Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. Would REALY like to get this problem corrected!

Hello Mozilla Support, I want to ask how to turn off suggested websites on my home shortcut. I searched on the internet, but everything I tried didn't work.

I often drag elements on trello.com. Whenever I drag an element, that element seems to double in size, making it hard to see what is underneath. Attached is an example.

I believe this is related to the fact that I am running Linux/X11 and my DPR is 2. From about:support:

• Window Device Pixel Ratios 2,2,2,2
• Window Protocol x11
• OS Linux 6.1.0-13-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Debian 6.1.55-1 (2023-09-29)

Is there an about:config setting or anything that will prevent scaling dragged elements?

I installed Firefox on a new laptop and synced it. The bookmarks all were transfered. But when I log into some websites they do not recognize the password, even when the passwords are correct and still work on my previous computer/Firefox brow’ for ‘Firefox.

I've just now noticed the Threading automatic default grouping/marking of messages, and it is appalling. Thunderbird/Mozilla either needs to eliminate this (with appropriate warning notices, perhaps) or at least give us the ability to NOT link various messages. It's not only vastly annoying, it can cause severe real-world problems if anyone not in the CC or BCC fields is receiving these messages that were not intended for them.

I suppose for now, the only way to NOT link things that were never meant to be would be to change the Subject when discussing important topics.

Either that, or get a whole new mail service, which I'd prefer not to have to do.

When attempting to update my Mozilla account from my Firefox settings, I was unable to add my secondary email address because of an error message stating that the secondary email account exists...

Repeating this action in case of a bug resulted in being locked out of that particular window.

I have no idea what that error message means, nor how to circumnavigate it. Please help!

Ok well i went to about config and tired off all the accessibility about the quick help bar and now my question is every time i try to go to google search and click on shopping no matter what item i am searching for I get a pop up at the the bottom i of the page every time i hit on shopping that say error update can not be added to this list or some thing like that. it was ok until the last update o of firefox and since i did that but am not sure why. doe not do it in Chrome just frefox. firefox is getting to the point b where i an thing king of leaving it. I have recentlly built a new pc. I have updated windows, graphcs drivewrs and checked that the ram is good. I have submitedn the crash log: bp-c292b4b1-dbec-41f5-a25f-5823f0231202

It's exactly like this only adding a tag does not rectify the problem. I can add tags in the bookmarks library, but the 'tags' section does not show when I Ctrl+D. Any ideas? See screenshots here I would post them publicly but I'm not allowed to post publicly on imgur anymore after getting so many downvotes for questioning the sacred firefox's memory usage. Nice group of people (eyeroll).

What has happened to typing and viewing the content of the search INSIDE the Google search box? Why this does not work now and the search moves to the address bar where it is tight and one cannot see all content of the search? Why have you done this? How can I bring it back please? I hate is as is now.

i installed updated version of mozilla and after login i lost all the previous data and i also tried it to recover from my last backup but it's not working please help me with that i need my data back

In the last few weeks I've had problems uploading videos to sites like Meta's Business Suite using Firefox. So I did a little investigation today with a video on Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers and had no problems uploading using the simple command "Ctrl + O" but it failed on Firefox browser. See pics attached. Whatever improvement you've recently made has totally screwed up my workflow.

As of 12/1/23 Firefox browser on Windows PC is freezing up and not responding. Multiple reinstalls, cache clearing etc not fixing issue.

Firefox is my browser, and Outlook my email program. After years of troublefree access to Kickstarter, I now cannot link to the site, neither by Google search, nor by responding to an email link sent to me by Kickstarter. Instead, I get a message which reads:

'You are sending too many requests to Kickstarter at this time. Please contact support@kickstarter.com if you continue to see this error.'

I have contacted Kickstarter, but their response is that the problem probably lies with my browser. Do you have any idea why this problem should suddenly have appeared?

Hi everyone,

My computer crashed while updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Unfortunately, I had someone look at it and he formatted my hard drive and only did a partial backup of files. I thought my Mozilla Firefox account was syncing, but it seems like it did not happen in a while. Does anyone know if there's any hope in recovering the lost tabs and bookmarks? i had to rebuild my laptop computer and set up firefox on it, set up/turned on sync and the browser does NOT match the broswer srttings on the desktop where the sync comes from. bookmarked weblink icons only show up when a new tab is opened and vanish once a website is opened, icons for bookmarked weblinks on the bookmarks bar are generic wireframe globe-like-icons only, the custom firefox colour setup i struggled to create over the course of several weeks does not appear at all, nor does the dark theme. how then do i get this to -really- syc???

So to cut it short, i have an issue with not just firefox but almost all other browsers too. I have tried Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Edge. Both Firefox and Chrome will instantly close when i open them. As in, the window will open and immediately close after barely half a second. This has happened with Chrome and Firefox, yet Opera and Edge dont seem to have this issue. I am a Firefox user normally so this does make it a little annoying. Any ideas on why that is?
