I have 9 Soundcloud widgets on my web page, none of them work. They use HTML 5 which works on Google Chrome and Internet explorer. Do you have a fix for this ?

I have Firefox 21 (beta) with no flash plugin installed and Soundcloud widgets are working well. I'd recommend you to upgrade to v21. I've noticed any other issues with beta yet.

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Hello: I tried all the suggestions you have listed and that still did not correct the problem. I have Firefox version 20.0.1. I also have C cleaner. which I use before and after internet entry to remove cookies and history. I've been told that Firefox V21 (beta) could take care of the problem. I am running Windows XP home, 32 bit and I not sure if that will work. What I do recall while setting this up is that after I added the fourth widget, that's when the problems began in Firefox. Sound Cloud advises me that Firefox cannot handle a large amount of HTML 5 code. You must have a way of fixing this, since Chrome and Internet Explorer can handle it. Will you please advise.
