Every time I open Firefox now, it launches with 4 windows. One is a normal window (showing the site I was on last), and 3 are blank windows with double title bars and an orange Firefox tab. I can't see what's causing this, or how to correct it..?

You can check:

This can be a problem with the file sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
