firefox is missing my language (hebrew) in new the update and i can handle the browser being in english but i can't seem to be able to change the display of the app from left to right back to right to left

Were you previously using the Firefox Hebrew locale and did you switch to the en-US locale ?

If the Firefox user interface (toolbars) is in the wrong language or if you want to change the current language, download Firefox in the language of your choice.

Note that you can switch the bidi text direction in an input field via "Ctrl+Shift+X".
