Previously, "Ctrl+Shift+Tab" hotkey switched tabs in the reverse order they were recently used (like "Ctrl+Tab" but in reverse order). Now it opens the "List all tabs". The menu option "Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order" is enabled. I have tried running the browser in troubleshooting mode, but the problem persists.
