I have tried ALL of the available solutions but I cannot install the extension because I am never given the option. I don't see the extension in the available add-ons nor do I see the icon in the menu bar. Not in my account. Not anywhere. I saw where someone else had the same trouble so I'm not the only user who is paying $2.99 a month for nothing happening. PLEASE come up with a different response besides the standard instructions. Been there. Done that. Thanks.
