Ive set up synch and can use device 2 to access device 1's tabs I want to synch in the history section

When I go to reverse this procedure and use device 1 to then try and access device 2's tabs the "tabs from other devices" option is greyed out.

What kind of devices are these? There is about:sync-tabs but I believe that it does not exist in the mobile version.

The synced tabs are in the sync icon when you swipe down to look at tabs then swipe to the left.
