When i open site in РФ domain zone (RF russian federation) for examle президент.рф site opens, but the adress string becomes like ths http://xn--d1abbgf6aiiy.xn--p1ai/ . IE dosn't change adress string. Would be this thing corrected somewhen?

That domain isn't yet whitelisted in Firefox and thus will display puny code instead of the correct TLD.
You can create a new Boolean pref on the about:config page and set the value to true. network.IDN.whitelist.xn--p1ai
To open the about:config page, type about:config in the location (address) bar and press the Enter key, just like you type the url of a website to open a website. Bug 564583 has just landed, so current Minefield and Namoroka nightly builds can show the рф ccTLD without making modifications.

network.IDN.whitelist.com & network.IDN.whitelist.net are not set into the config entry that caused any .net .com IDN Domanin Name except Western Language Domain Name showed the Punycode form in the Address Toolbar which is not usable string for end users.
Please add these two (.com and .net) into the whitelist
