I can't receive the reset password email in my yahoo.cn mailbox

I forget the password of my Firefox Sync. When I try to reset the password by my yahoo mail ,I couldn't receive the reset email. I don't know if it's because of that my mail is ended with "@yahoo.cn".

I have lots of favourite bookmarks synced to the Firefox Sync. Would you please help me to get them back? Thank you!
