Do you have any error screen to share here? Usually passkey credentials are created by the site, handed off to the browser to save it on the device, and the device then pulls that after authenticating for the browser to use when necessary — so most of the operations are outside of the browser competence.
Were you able to get the credential from the site to start with?
If you can sign in normally but the passkey creation fails, I’d also check whether the Whole Foods account already has an existing passkey. Removing the old passkey and registering a new one may resolve the issue.

If the passkey works on other websites but not with Whole Foods, the issue may be with how the site is handling the passkey rather than Firefox itself.
I’d try these steps:
Make sure Firefox for Android is updated. Clear the Whole Foods site data and try signing in again. Make sure your Android device has a screen lock (PIN, pattern, or biometrics) enabled. When prompted to use a passkey, check whether Android’s passkey/password manager appears and select the correct account. Try creating or using the passkey from another browser or device. If it fails there as well, the issue is more likely on the site/account side.
If you’re still stuck, sharing the exact error message or a screenshot of what happens after selecting the passkey would help narrow it down.
