You might find some useful information in Firefox's Error Console (Ctrl+j). Depending on the problem, script errors and style warnings both might be relevant.

As you may notice, this forum is pretty busy with end-user support issues. You can find a more focused web development forum here: mozillaZine Web Development board. When posting there, you'll want to be a lot more specific about the problem, and provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem if possible.

How do I revert from Firefox 21 to Firefox 18?

Hi charlesmoizeau, why do you want to install Firefox 18? To be compatible with a particular website or add-on? There might be a better workaround, but without the details, it's hard to say.

See this help article: Install an older version of Firefox. And be aware that Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release.

Others have recently reported that with Firefox 19, 20 ( and presumably also with 21) it is impossible for them to tie attachments to an outgoing e-mail being sent by MSN Outlook Express (formerly known as MSN Hotmail). At least one person reported that such attachments can be achieved with Firefox 18, but that the later versions seem to have a bug that has yet to be fixed. That is why I would like to go back to 18, but I don't know how to do it. Any help or advice would be deeply appreciated. With advance thanks.

Do you have this problem? I just tested with my Hotmail/Outlook account and was able to attach a PDF and insert a picture from my hard drive into my message (Firefox 21 on Windows 7). I sent it to a different mailbox and both were intact. So if you have this problem we should try to figure out why the site isn't working correctly in your Firefox.

Many, many thanks! Carefully following what you said, I have been successful. I appreciate your kind and prompt attention.
