The "warn me if this will disable any of my add-ons" check box is checked.

Had to revert to 20.0.1 for the plug in to reappear.

I cannot get the Citrix 12.1.0.30 plug-in to show up in Firefox 21. Reverting back to version 20.0.1 and turning off auto-updates is the only workaround for the plug-in issue I could find. Updating to a newer Citrix plug-in not an option as the new Citrix Receivers have too many bugs and do not work well (Citrix has been contacted but they are very slow at fixing bugs).

All of a sudden, google maps doesn't work anymore when logged in to google and running Firefox. I get the following message: 503. That’s an error.

The service you requested is not available at this time.

Service error -27. That’s all we know.

Still works on Explorer, though.

Firefox upgraded itself on the weekend. I have been visiting blogs through the Bloggers' Quilt Festival, which I'm participating in. I tried to leave comments but on the blogspot and blogger blogs was not able to. This morning I saw a bunch of extra thumbnail windows open in Firefox so I closed them, but now the whole of Firefox has shut on me. I can see two or three thumbnails and have a screenshot but I can't actually get them to open. I saw the advice about starting Firefox in safe mode but that doesn't work from the thumbnails. Really need help asap because I work from home and work depends on easy fast access that I depend on Firefox for

I've also gone into about:config and set gecko.handlerService.allowRegisterFromDifferentHost to true. Still no luck.

My laptop is Win XP Pro and Firefox. Firefox updates are automatic.

When downloading a program or app. the Download Box always appeared and upon fully downloaded I click twice on the file name to proceed to the next steps of Save and Install.

But now the Download Box never appears and I'm having alot of problems.

( I am posting the question from my Vista/Firefox PC as most of my email and Help systems are on the PC )

Formatting on several websites is incorrect. Everything loads on the left hand side one after the other. Clearing 'Everything' from the search history fixes the problem temporarily, for a very short time. I've been using Firefox for years and I've only recently been getting this problem. It's been happening on both Windows 7 and 8. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it but this problem has only arose since I upgraded to fiber power broadband, 100Mb. The link below is just one of many.

I've been using Firefox since well, lets just say long enough... Version 20 for the Mac seems to not have fixed any bugs or memory leaks.

One of the "fixes" is to restart Firefox, which is the only "fix" that works, but this really isn't a fix, this is a stopgap situation, in where you release the memory by closing it...

Are there other people with this same situation? My Firefox uses with nothing in the main page except google.com, if it's open for over 24 hours over 1GB of ram... 2 GB in 48 hours, etc...

The most Firefox has ever used was 5GB before I shut it down, now I know, restarting Firefox seems to stop this from happening, but as I said, this is a stopgap, there is something inside Firefox that makes this happen.

Is there anything in the future that will fix this issue, or is Firefox going to be forever a Memory Hog worse than Microsoft Office?

I was hoping there is a 64 bit version that runs with windows 7 64 bit. Please let me know as both of the pc's in my house run 64 bit win 7 and firefox version 20 32 bit. Thank you.

When I get an email with a link, and ask Android to open it, the browser opens and appears to be loading. But only a blank page is there. If I then close the browser and reopen it, I see the page.

Help appreciated.

I was able to disable Private Window options that appear in menus and buttons by locating the right controls in browser.xul and adding the disabled="true" attribute to each tag. I was also able to prevent about:privatebrowsing from being used for this purpose by doing something similar to aboutPrivateBrowsing.xhtml, but I still had the New Private Window task in my jump list. The only way I saw to eliminate that option was to completely disable the task list by setting browser.taskbar.lists.tasks.enabled to false. Then after finding and deleting the appropriate jumplist file from Windows' CustomDestinations folder, I now didn't have New Tab or New Window, either. These are a lot of hoops to jump through! We need a better way: give us an about:config option called browser.privatebrowsing.enabled with a default value of true, which when set to false would disable the entry point to the Private Browsing mode, even for the taskbar jumplist.

I am maintaining some personal blogs.Recently, just about 20 days before, I could not access my blogs when I typed the address in the address bar of the Mozilla Firefox browser. I do not know the reason for the reason. However, if I log in to blogger.com, I can post new posts in my blog still, I am unable to have the general view of my blog from this browser.

Can anybody help me out from this problem please.

Recently all my passwords that I have used for some time were available in web pages to assist logging in.

Today I only seem to have three listed, non of which are very important to me...but the rest are.

I have looked to see if there is a backup profile but cannot readily see one.

Questions: 1. Why has the profile gone missing? 2. Is all lost? 3. As there are a lot of passwords can the situation be recovered? 4. Did I have to manually set up Firefox to backup profiles? I must admit to assuming (dangerous, I know) that Firefox would keep a backup. There do seem to be some folders under Profiles: jsjmn1ws.default and also jsjmn1ws.def that both contain key3.db although the latter is quite old (2011 compares to file date 18/05/2013 for the current Key3.db with the duff info therein)

I have also used the savedpasswordeditor by daniel.dawson latterly today as a temporary measure and that comes up with the same results.

Any help to recover or prevent this happening again would be appreciated.

This just started happening; I'm running Firefox 21.0 with Adobe Flash Player 11 on Windows 7 Home Premium.

I'm not getting the audio on Pandora; it plays fine on other browsers like Chrome. Other sites like are fine. I made sure I had the latest flash player, cleared cache, checked for conflicting plugins...

Any ideas?

I just switched from iOS to Android, mostly for the screen size. I miss the READER ability that Safari had on the iphone. I was happy to learn that it was now built into Firefox for Android. But it is too small to use easily. When I try to select the icon I usually miss and trigger something else.

Is there a way to make the icon larger or put it somewhere else, or maybe program a swipe gesture to activate the reader function?

When I start downloading multiple files using firefox DM, internet bandwidth is shared with active downloads without any browser activity.

Is there any way to set active download to 1 and queue all download which will start one by one automatically? This will help in downloading during low bandwidth connection.
