When I go to this website, I get a view of what looks like navigation buttons, not the correct display. When I use internet explorer to go to this same address, I get the proper website display. I have cleared cache, and have tried typing in the website address directly. all with the same bad result. How do I fix this?

I just got Windows8. When sending an attachment via Earthlink Webmail, the attachment cannot be opened. This happens both in Firefox and IE. Note: Attachments can be opened in gmail but I would rather use Earthlink.

First I am a dinosaur and know nothing about computers so please speak in every day English! I have been unable to get to comcast.net from Firefox for the last three days. Actually, I can connect but it is in a format that is unusable. I can connect through Internet Explorer which I dislike but I can at least read my e-mail. Comcast told me several years ago that they do not support Firefox, does Firefox need an update or have I inadvertently done something to cause this? I even tried downloading Firefox again and it still won't work so I can get to my e-mail. I could have done something and don't know enough to fix the problem because about three days ago I somehow changed my home page from comcast.net to a Google page. I don't know how I did that so I don't know how to undo it. I am 69 years old and I still believe computers are magic. Can you help me or do I need a computer nerd to come out and sort through what the problem is?

I I updated my firefox to 21.0 this morning and then tried to use Skygo however half the channels on the site were just blank with no way to watch the stream. I closed firefox and tried the site on Chrome and all was well. I am running windows 7. Please look into this thank you

Google.com works fine in IE8, XP prof. SP2 default search in Firefox 21 is google.com, which does not work, even when firewall is disabled and connection is "no proxy", nor when cache en cookies cleaned and pc restarted; Google.be (I live in Belgium!) does work fine. Can I set the default to google.be instead of google.com??

I am unable to load Google Calendar at all. When I select the Calendar menu item in Gmail, a tab opens, and nothing happens, absolutely no sign of life.in the URL field, or the loading filed at the bottom of the window. in the URL I have https://www.google.com/calendar/render?tab=mc I reloaded Firefox in safe mode. I am running on WinXP SP3, Firefox 19.0.2 The google calendar will load up in Opera.

I write newsletters which require my images to be in an internet format.....For example my camera pictures download into a .jpeg,.jpg,.png or other file, but I need to convert them into a Http:// or .html file which will upload to the internet....simply, how to a convert a computer file into an internet file?

Since upgrading to firefox 20, when I go to pogo on my xp machines, the games menus [favorites] [category] [games a-z] will only select if I right click the menu and load in new tab or new window. Under vista and win 7, these menus still select properly. I have to presume this is something firefox left out in the recent upgrade. Even firefox 21 under win xp has this problem. Luckily I can check the other platforms as I have two other computers running them.

when i bring up my fb account it is a white page with a gray outline only thing that comes up is the top header with my pic search box etc.... will only let me go to the account settings page. Can get into account on chromo and IE with no problem

I spent 2 hours talking with several icontact support people in the Phillipines and at the end of it they told me that it was my computer and the Mozilla Firefox that was causing the problem. After that, Firefox was telling me not to use Google - it was a threatening site.

Of course, this has been a huge inconvenience, delaying my work. I called my IT person who couldn't find out the problem on Facebook. She said, why don't you try Internet Explorer to open up iContact... ! and it worked fine, so I worked all night to finish the message I needed to send.

What is going on with Firefox?

Recently when I dragged webpage URL shortcuts to my desktop, they no longer showed the Firefox icon. The icon that appears is the standard white icon with the little square and three colored dots that Windows uses for unknown programs although when I double-click on the URL, Firefox does boot up.

I would like to fix this problem so that the Firefox icon will again appear in the URL shortcut. How do I correct this problem?

In 'Firefox iCloud Calender -Print Preview shows 7 pages - the first 2 are inked or blacked out the next 5 blank. I have checked Page settings - looked at several similar questions but no replies to date address my problem

On my web site www.phillevine.com when any of my thumbnail images is clicked on a larger version comes up but they come up with dark - almost black backgrounds. Only happens in Firefox. checking it out with IE and Chrome they all come up with the preferred background. A little research shows that this has something to do with Quirk Mode?? But is there any way to deal with that?

In the last week or so BBC have updated their website. Since then Firefox seems to have difficulty opening certain pages on the site. Links open as a blank page. Sometimes the page flashes onto the screen and disappears immediately. The pages can be found via a Google search but will still not open in Firefox. Only Firefox seems to have this problem, other browsers function normally. I've tried contacting the BBC without success. From what I read on the site there are a lot of people complaining about the appearance and content (not functionality) and I assume they are wading through a lot of complaints.

When I open a link in Firefox instead of opening a new tab it opens in a new window with all of the toolbars missing including the sidebar, right clicking anywhere gives me no options to restore the toolbars. My old machine simply opened the same link that I am trying in a new tab with all my toolbars available.

I have a blog. I am trying to upload links from my blog to my Google+ page. All of my Google+ pages have been acting funny since I upgraded. They will not let me "Share What's New". When I click on that portion on the page it is frozen. And I cannot post to my communities in Google+.
