How do I remove Firefox for Windows XP and install Firefox for Windows 7?
Firefox erroneously tells me I have XP. Not true my operating system is Windows.

firefox 20 and windows 8 pro 64 bit. when i download file I get only 'save' and 'cancel' options, got 'always ask me where to save' ticked in options->general, i want to have open option as well. if i tick 'always save to..' in the options then i get both open and save options but if i press save it save to the directory specified in the options, i want it to ask me where to save and have the open button as well, is it possible? i has it before i moved to windows 8... now i dont have it its annoying.

When I go to a blog page and select on Firefox Bookmarks>Subscribe to this page, there are 3 'options' that expand out of that I had to try each option - the first two just took me to the blog pages with 'standard' feedburner to choose The third one gave me the dialog which set up Outlook RSS feed Could this be made more obvious somehow?

On my PC I clicked "Set Up Sync" and then "I Have an Account" ans it asks to enter the code on my other device. So I went onto my Android Samsung Galaxy Nexus and opened Firefox.
Went to the home screen and there is not Sync button. Only; Top sites, Your tabs from last time, Add-ons for your Firefox, and Synced Tabs.
Going to More -> Settings -> Sync -> Account with Firefox Sync. It only shows an option to not sync and says when it last synced. The more only shows; Sync now, remove account and help.

Problem I want to use a search engine that is helpful and "MyWebSearch" whatever is not 10% of the original Morilla Firefox ( if that is what I had I know it was something to do with firefox). You upgraded??? my original fire fox about 6 weeks ago and everything takes longer to complete with MyWebSearch?? and sends me to lots of places that I didn't ask for.

The email address is the one I have always used for Firefox. I don't know how else I can request a password change or get technical support help.

I tell FF on my computer to sync by clicking the "I have an account" box. A screen pops up with three fields with numbers and letters. I then go to the sync option in my phone where I'm supposed to enter that information, and I'm given more numbers/letters to put in my computer. I know that sometime ago I set up sync, but it isn't connecting now, and I need to know how to flush the system and start over.
