I download prorgams such as anti virus they appear downloaded in download box but it does not allow me to double click to activate even though the relevant files come direct from supplying company

As the cloud takes over, we need a simple way to add today's 'date' and/or 'time' to a form field. It would be seriously useful to be able to type "control+d" or "control+t" or "control+dt" to have the data inputted on command at the point of the cursor. This shortcut could be used inside forms, as beginning of inputs, etc.

Displaying..".disabled plugin", all plugins are enabled, then enable Javascript, but it is already enabled. Displaying ... Get the latest Fplayer, Adobe Flashpl. installed, still no videos. Nice riddle, solution?? Options, Privacy, dechecking Tracking, Remember History, in the Location Bar..History and Bookmarks, restart, Tracking is checked, Never remember History, etc.. automatically!! What to do? well i have a problem with adobe flash player which had stopped working (i can`t watch videoes on youtube). i learned that i can solve this problem by clicking add-ons manager to check the programme. but whenever i try to open add-ons it start loading then i receive the message firefox has stopped working and it has to close. i close it and again clicking add-ons (on options/ general/ manage add ons) the same thing happened over and over.

I have not updated to FireFox 12.0 because I thought it was not compatible with my Norton Internet Security. I am trying to find out whether this is true. Also, what are the problems associated with upgrading to 12.0 if I have Norton Internet Security.

The website I go to was always working before with cams, and I was just there before the update. After Firefox did the update the cams would not work anymore - neither mine nor any others. It is blank. How do I fix this or go back to the old Firefox version? Thanks.

I unknowingly installed what I had thought been a persona from another site, but was actually the Brand Thunder extension Personas Interactive, which changed the new tab page and added other unwanted malware/adware and a virus. I have removed the persona and the add-on, but I think I should have disabled them first and done so in safe mode, not sure. The new tab page is now back to how I had it, but there seems to be some remnants in the about:config. Some are obvious, others I'm not so sure what they are and if they are even part of the leftovers. I'd like to know which ones are the remnants and if they are safe to remove from about:config.

I used to be able to logon with my username and password in firefox (used it daily for ages)

However now when I enter the username and password and click log in. It just sits there and does not sign on (this is a diasaster for me since my job depends on this access)

The reason I am looking for firefox support is that if I load up internet explorer I can sign on and it works fine ??

I am running Ubuntu 11.04 on my laptop and use firefox as my main browser. I have a very strange experience when browsing video sites like Youtube.com or Bumperhit.com Some videos are playing all right. But some others, show an error message "Please install Flash Player" etc etc. I am unable to understand, why this is happening only for some videos?

Also when I try to install the flash Player from Adobe's site, there is no option to save the program. I would like to save the program, so that I have to download the installable multiple times.

When Firefox notifies me of the need to install security updates, I am unable to install them. When I click "install", the blue bar appears, but stands in place while jiggling and doesn't install, no matter how long I wait. There is no notice that the installation has failed, it just doesn't happen.

I was using Windows Explorer as my search engine, but was having problems with it. I have switched to Firefox but am very unhappy with the LIGHTNESS of the font in things such as Gmail, Facebook, etc. What can I do to fix this?

I have windows XP. It has always automatically become a hyperlink when I hit the space bar after typing it out. I know about the icon in the toolbar that lets me make one, but I don't want to have to do this since I never had to before. I want to make it work automatically again.

You tube just shows black screen, works fine in internet explorer.

Haven't upgraded or changed versions of firefox or added any plug=ins Im awarer of.  Had several automatic updates come through of other programs, such as flash, ect.  But I have refused to upgrade firefox due to having to give up screen grab which I love too much to do it, so have stayed with  older version.  

Had no problem with you tube in the past.

As I stated above, Firefox seems to getting more incompatible with the sites I use it mostly for with each new upgrade. AS a matter of fact, it is rapidly getting to the point where I will soon no longer be able to use the Mozilla Firefox browser. It simply does not process apps correctly at far too many web sites.

ben firefox 14.0.1 i terk edip eski sürüm yükleyince bu sorun çözüldü. diğer tarayıcılarda da bu sorun yok. sadece 14.0.1 de karşılaştım...
