I can't open any blank tabs, but I can right click and open a link in a new tab. I haven't changed anything, and I don't have the Ask toolbar at all, which is the only answer I could find on the forums, so it doesn't help in my case.
I have something on my toolbar called "Coupon Buddy" did this come with one of the updates or is this a third party program that wormed its way in?.. I cant get rid of it! and I cant find any info on it anywhere.

The Coupon Buddy show up in my predefined components list in the toolbar options when I right click on my toolbar... there are other things in the list such as Bit Torrent Youtube Games and Music... and for every thing in the list the delete option is greyed out. I have searched the web for info on the coupon buddy but I cant come up with anything. I have kept my Avast Anti virus updated as well as my spybot search and destroy and scans have not come up with anything wrong. I am not sure when this found its way on to my computer and it is not listed within the programs and features within the windows control panel.

I was hit with the RelevantKnowledge spyware. I unstalled the program but the add-on is still showing up on my list with no uninstall or disable button. I have tried safe mode and there is still no option to unistall or disable. I cannot get the add-on window to stop saying it will be installed with the next restart, it doesn't install just stays on the list. There is a string in the extensions button on the troubleshooting page "relevant knowledge" listing - {6E19037A-12E3-4295-8915-ED48BC341614} but I can't find it anywhere. How can I get this add-on to delete or disable?

I have been able to save a username/password combo (automatic prompt) for two of them, but have not been able to get Firefox to prompt me to save username/password for additional accounts. I've checked everything I could think of -- site exceptions in the "options" menu, clearing the saved passwords list and starting over, reinstalling the browser -- but can't seem to fix the problem. Any idea why it would save username/password for some accounts but not others? Thx

I've tried deleting the mimeTypes.rdf as recommended by File types and download actions. I also see that my mailto: is set to Outlook as shown by my Applications setting, but the links are still not working, even though they work in IE. Ideas?

Firefox 3.6 could load http://radio.mediacorp.sg/RadioLive/Class95.aspx from the "Hear Us Now" pop-up at http://entertainment.xin.msn.com/en/radio/class95 properly, with live radio streaming and changing lyrics.
However, once I upgraded to 4.0 I could no longer hear the live radio streaming nor see live lyrics streaming, and no error message appears to enlighten me on what might be wrong, please help!

The Status bar is right on top of the Directions, I have tried shutting down all the toolbars and nothing gets rid of it. Please help
