I must have mistakenly taken onboard inbox.com a few days ago when downloading an image. Now whenever I load Firefox the opening screen display the inbox.com page instead of the Google page. How do I get rid of Inbox?

Everytime I get stop me browser and I get the messager: See troubleshooting. I must wait a few moment and I must put on "No". Then it's works again. Mostely it's happens with Hotmail.

My firefox browser toolbar (Files, Bookmarks, History...)previously was set as English but the language change to Chinese when I updated the version. How to I change it back to English?

I have just updated to the latest Firefox and now java is being prevented from loading Pogo games which require it. I have unchecked the block popups box and enabled java script but each time I try to load I get a message on the java concol saying permission denied. I went to IE8 (yuck) and the game loaded fine. Help please.

I just got the latest update for Firefox to 3.6.14. I have always been able to use Firefox to play games on Pogo.com. After the update today I can get into the site but 90% of the games won't upload. Pogo says in their help pages: Mozilla has a documented bug filed for Java support in Firefox 3.6.14. Since many Pogo games run on Java technology, this is obviously impacting those Pogo customers who are attempting to play their games with the latest version of the browser. Is this being addressed and if so what time frame are we looking at? Pogo suggest other browsers but I prefer mozilla above the others. Tbank you, Susan

Suddenly after Firefox updated this evening, the video on youtube clips is black. The audio part remains perfect but the film does not start. The clip screen remains black.

Hi. I recently upgraded my Firefox on my Mac and I can no longer add or forward attachments on my hotmail email account. When I compose a new email or hit reply, the Attachment button/bar is visible but it does not respond when the mouse rolls over it. When I try to forward an email with an attachment, the forwarding email appears but the attachment is not present. I can, however, open attachments that are sent to me.

I was able to attach emails before without trouble, but have not been able to do so since upgrading my Firefox browser. I followed some older instructions which said to clear recent cookies and cache, but that didn't solve the problem.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

After update to firefox 3.6.14 java does not reload after leaving a web page and then returning. Java menus and other applets work after firefox is first opened and when each page is first opened but does something strange when you come back to that page again. Latest version of java is installed and is working in IE.

A few hours ago I installed the Firefox 3.6.14 update. Then a new Firefox window opened with the message "Required Firefox Update" and the Firefox logo. It asked me to install something from www.cuvce.com.

This add-on claims to add "colorful backgrounds" to my social networking sites. What's more it requires user registration. On what?? When I tried to close it, I got a pop-up window asking me "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this site? Click OK to continue, Cancel to remain." Since this is a typical message from scam sites, I got the hell out of there.

Is this add-on legitimate, and if so, why is it not being provided through the usual channels? To me it looks like your update has been corrupted somehow and this cuvce.com thing is a follow-on scam.

Hi Re Mac intel... Firefox updated to 3.6.14 and advised Flash 10 be installed. I did this and now on YouTube videos all I see is a black screen with no play or pause button. System is OS X10.4.11 Do I need to uninstall Firefox and re load an earlier version and an earlier version of Flash etc... will I lose my bookmarks and firebug? If so not worth it. Would really appreciate help so sad not to be able to view any YouTube. Many thanks, Clare

Wenn ich über meinen FB account einen eingebetteten youtube clip angucken will, geht das (gerade ausprobiert), aber wenn ich es dann bei youtube direkt versuche, kann ich den gleichen clip nicht mehr angucken. Nur noch der Ton ist da

Ich habe Windows XP, SP3 Ausserdem ist Adobe Flashplayer 10.2.152.26 installiert Ausser dem FF update und update meines Virenscanners (Kaspersky) habe ich seit gestern nix verändert

This started after 3.6.14 upgrade.

If I go to youtube, I get a black screen. Audio is fine. I disable all plugins. I got the error message that I needed flash. I enabled flash, reloaded the video and it worked. The problem is, I cannot watch a second video without getting that black screen again. I have to disable the flash plugin, reload, get the error message, enable the flash plugin, reload and watch the video.

I have tried several times to copy pictures from web sites. When I right click on the photo I then click on "copy image". When I right click in my pictures the "Paste" button does not light up so I cannot copy the image(s).

I have just downloaded fire fox yesterday. Is there something I need to download or add-on to be able to copy pics etc. I never had this problem with Internet Explorer.

As a network administrator, it would be very beneficial if Firefox and updates could be installed using AD Group Policy. Our network policy does not allow users to install software without administrative involvement and with Firefox being available only in .exe format I have to visit each workstation for every update...very tedious. Is your product available in .msi form?

When I am on some sites Firefox gives me the message Firefox prevented this page from automatically redirecting to another page? and then I have to click Allow. This happens on every single page on certain sites. How can I make this stop all together?
