i have an ssl_error_ssl_disabled when i try and find sites on mozilla, how do i fix this problem?

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

every time i try to access http://www.google.ca/firefox?client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official the default homepage i get The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

i have already tried to clear all cookies

I have been trying to change my privacy setting to Never Remember History, but each time I set it, and I check it again, the setting is back to the "use custom setting for history." How do I change it to Never Remember History and make the change stick.

When I use Internet Explorer and I right click when I am on any website, there is a Create Shortcut option for putting that website onto my desktop.

When I use Firefox and I right click when I am on any website, there is no such option.

I want to know how to insert that option into Firefox for right clicking for myself.

I have Norton and probably always will because it shows what sites are safe and just keeps my PC running fast. I downloaded the new firefox (4.0) but it said that Norton is not compatible so I was wandering if anyone had the same problem and was able to fix it or if there were any details on firefox making it compatible.

Installed Firefox 3.6.8, tried update first, then did complete uninstall and fresh install from scratch. Problems, problems...

Can not set Tools-Options, the page is blank with only CANCEL button active. Pages keep loading forever, tab page load indicator never stops. On first start, home is www.google.com, then it reverts to Firefox-Google home and search does not work at all. Will not let me connect to support.mozilla website either. Drives me crazy ! Thanks for help in advance.

I want Firefox to remember my YouTube password and username. But everytime it shows me the "Do you want Firefox to remember this password on Google.com?', it wants to remember the password on Google.com.

I have had plenty enough trouble trying to keep YouTube and Google separate without more of it. Please tell me how to once and for all SEPARATE this marriage of YouTube and Google.

All I want to do at this point is get my password remembered on YouTube in my computer as Firefox does very well for the most part usually. Now please do so again to my satisfaction and tell me how to leave Google out of it.

Firefox has been allowing all sorts of pop-ups even though I've established the block in the content. This is just one of the pop-up sites: http://partners.livingsocial.com/cities/soon?ref=cpxpop

When I go to a website I'm interested in a ribbon comes up at the top of the screen telling me to "allow". But when I click this it disappears for a second and then comes right back asking again. I have to check the X in order to get it to go away and that doesn't always work. I've even "allowed" certain sites on the options pages but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

Sometime a dialogue box comes up and says that the information that I am requesting is being sent over an unsecure server and I have to click ok to send. Just dont get it. Thanks.

Said it all above. It tells me I have the latest version in the help tab under About Firefox. I have upgrade like 4 times now I even unistalled firefox and reinstaled the latest version But no change It still says i am out of date. like I said above on the addon pages I cant get what i want as it says I still have version 3.6 Help please I love firefox and hate IE but it works way better at the moment

the auto complete generated by firefox is not working. when firefox shows the suggestions I just focus on one of them using down arrow key and press enter and submit the starting 2-3 words to the server which means incomplete text goes to server and incorrect result get generated.

for e.g i want to type "vasant kunj" when i type "va" firefox shows the all text starting with "va" as autocomplete/suggestions I focus on "vasant kunj" and press enter, it shows the "vasant kunj" in the input field but the request to the server goes as only "va" and request goes as I press enter only once while it should go to the server when I press the enter second time, because at first time it should enter the text in the input field from suggestions generated by the firefox based on previous values entered

When I drag the Firefox install icon to the Applications icon on the pop-up, I get a message that it can't install "because you don't have access to all the items" or such...

I need the latest version for a Mac Powerbook G4 running OS-X 10.4.11 and I cannot find older versions of Firefox on your website.

The last version I downloaded was Firefox 3.5.6, but I could never get it to work correctly, so I stuck with Netscape 9.0.0.5 for many of my web browsing needs. I now find needed websites are now not supporting this Netscape version, but I cannot find the version of Firefox that can run on my computer.

Everytime there is an upgrade I install it. My browser says I'm using 8.0 and that my browser is up-to-date. However, when I try to install Firebug for 8.0 or any other add on it says I'm using 3.5.6. Even gmail is saying that my browser is out dated! How can I get my browser to be truly updated??

This appears at the top of the screen, right below the address window. It appears to be where the messages show, like "Pop-up blocked", "trying to redirect", etc. How do I re-install this 'toolbar'? Thanks Can't provide any additional details.

has anyone found a setting or work around that allows Firefox to activate the auto completion of email addresses when composing emails? Go Dady specifically has stated that it's an issue wit the web browser and not a function of the domain provider.
