in android firefox, the buttons : friend requests, notificatios & messages are working probably. while beside button of facebook menu doesn't work ! .. can you help with this ?

I have a PC and a laptop, both running Mandriva Linux 2010.2. The PC runs FF 10.0.3 and the laptop just upgraded to FF 10.0.4. In both cases the home page is google.co.uk. The PC is fine but the laptop will not search using google. I have changed the home page to yahoo.co.uk as a temporary fix and this will search and find. How do I get FF 10.0.4 to work with google?

when I start firefox for android it's work successfully but slow manner. download process is also take large Time. please let I know how to speed it up. I want a fully verisign to speed it up.

When conducting a Google search from the Firefox search bar, the "Google Custom Search" UI comes up (instead of the regular www.google.com search results UI). I do not like the “Google Custom Search” UI; each result is within a box, the content in results seems weird, etc. This has caused me to start going to www.google.com for searches instead of using the Firefox search box set to Google. I find this annoying because it’s another step, and I like making money for Mozilla (from Google) when I conduct web searches. How do I ensure a Google search from the Firefox search bar brings me to the regular www.google.com search results UI, and not the "Google Custom Search" UI?

Please note: I am using the Firefox search bar, and I’ve left Google as the default search engine.

I have both JAWS 12 and 13.0.852 installed on Windows 7 64 bit. My Firefox version is 10.0.4 ESR. The JAWS virtual pc cursor is on but when I press the up and down arrows on a web page, nothing is spoken. It doesn't seem to recognize tables either. It works fine in Internet Explorer.

I've already repaired JAWS and it made no difference.

I also noticed that while in FF browser, if I press ins+v, it brings up the Quick Settings for Firefox but the same options are not there (there are fewer) as when using Internet Explore. For example, the 'List and Table Options' is not there.

All changes I make in about:config do not take effect, and whatever settings were there before return as soon as I close and reopen Firefox. I have tried creating a new profile and the Mockbox.com site comes up under that as well and cannot be changed. HELP!!!! PLEASE!!!

I need to add a new mime_type (application/f4m+xml) and make its handler the mozilla flash plugin. I used to use the mime-edit add-on to do this, but it no longer works. I can add an association for a new extension to an external program, but how do I add an association for the flash plugin?

How can I view the source code of chrome://browser/content/browser.xul of mobile FireFox?

In my desktop version I just open this page in new tab and view webpage source, but there is no option for FF mobile to view source code.

I recently bought a few copies of the Humble Android Bundle (and downloaded a few other things) and my phone told me my internal memory was running low. I was wondering how to tell exactly where Firefox Mobile saves things and also if there is a way to delete multiple files at once.

I do not have a laptop or desktop computer. The problem seems to be that firefox see both tablet and phone as mobile devices and there does not seem to be a way to link the 2.

I have a slow an unreliable dialup internet connection. This is all that is available in my area -- no form of 'broadband' internet is available, not even satelight (I have too many trees in the way).

What happens is that due to the poor quality of the analog telephone system (very old and poorly maintained copper cables), my modem drops the internet connection from time to time -- it *usually* dials back, but sometimes I have to manually restart the connection. Because the the connection is so slow, it takes a long time to completely load pages and if the connection is lost in the middle of loading a page, Firefox seems to become 'confused' and even if I stop loading the page and then try to reload it, it does not do so. I have an external modem, so I can watch the blinking lights, so I know when data is being transfered (I also have a connection monitor feature as part of my dialup connection software which shows a bar chart of data transfers over the dialip connection).

I *seems* like what is happening is that Firefox has open network connections that become 'void' when the connection is lost and then reconnected and Firefox attempts to re-cycle these connections. Or else it has 'worker threads' that have become confused or wedged.

Are there settings that I can set (eg with 'about:config') to deal with these issues?

On the previous version of Android (2.3; Gingerbread) the browser was really great, but now it's slow. The pages loading is fine, also the rendering of images. It is moving within websites that is slow. Firefox usually registers the motion but only moves when I release my finger of the screen. This is the only problem I'm having, but sadly our makes it unusable for the time being.

In my History Menu List, Few website has been added... I dont know how to delete... This is not a normal history I can delete. This is something like Fixed menu which like New,Open,Save.Save As in the File menu..
