Здравствуйте! Подскажите пожалуйста, что предпринять в такой ситуации: браузер не запускается, а выдает следующее: "Не удалось загрузить ваш профиль «Firefox». Возможно, он отсутствует или недоступен." Возможно ли восстановить работу firefox? И если нет, то каким образом можно перенести все сохраненные закладки? Заранее спасибо за ответ.

My firefox on my android phone crashed which seems to caused all my bookmarks to gone missing!

Is there something i can do to maybe recover them?

This happened on Firefox BETA. (in case this is relevant or important information.)

edit: my browsing history is gone too. strange. it looks like it resetted everything after the crash?

My son was playing with my computer and now my bookmark toolbar is lost. I've checked it under view and followed all the directions, but it won't come back. Bookmarks are still there, just not on a convenient toolbar.

i went to my bookmarks, and only a tiny bit of them are there. where did the rest of them go. my newest ones. i tried system restore, did nothing. how can i get these back. all of them

I tried to right click on bookmarks in "Bookmarks Toolbar" which are "Inside a folder" or under "Show more bookmarks" to delete or rename them but nothing happened! like i didn't right click at all

but if a bookmark in Bookmarks Toolbar is not in a folder and is not under show more bookmarks its ok and i can right click o manage it

Now to delete a bookmark inside a folder i have to drag it outside and then right click and delete it or use bookmarks library, which is really annoying, shouldn't we be able to right click on bookmarks inside folders and delete them there?

Is there any shortcut key for example holding command and clicking to rename or delete a bookmark until this bug is fixed?

I am getting really mad with FF after I began using Netscape many years ago, today the update to version 20.01 was applied and after that and checking all the add ons and plugins my bookmarks just dissapeared, I am really mad, it is not the first time and ithappens in all my Pc' running FF in XP and Windows 7, now I can get to the.json file but also when I try to restore the file the script on this page may be busy appears again and again and again so I'm not able to restore my bookmarks, really I'm tired of this FF problem. I have also uninstalled completely the software and the %$#^$&^% persists. Is it some kind of sabotage so we migrate to Chrome, just let me know and will forget abot FF and will use again IE. Also this (*(*& ,json file type is a curse to users, we can not work with it neither we can manage the information inside. So what can I do to restore my bookmarks from outside FF.

I have many folders and sub folders. I have accidentally dropped a folder in another totally unrelated folder and cannot find it. I know that it is there because when I search there is material in the folder. How can I find it? !!!!! thanks, Pianonanda

Just installed Firefox 18 and now when I hover over bookmarks they get blacked out, why?

Windows 7 ,Lenovo G580, 8Gb Mem, 4GB AMD radion graphics card, no other changes other than installing FF18

When I bookmark webpages on my Android Galaxy S2 I9100 they show up in unsorted bookmarks category. But when I go to desktop version of Firefox mobile bookmarks are not to be found in unsorted category or any other place. I remember that long time ago in desktop Firefox there was "mobile bookmarks" folder but I don't have it anymore. So, how to see mobile bookmarks on my desktop firefox?

Have Firefox 20.0 I right clicked one of my downloads on the downloads list . It erased the whole entire list away. I want to restore all my list of downloads back in the library list I think they call it. This is the fault of that new crappy 20.0 update. I liked the old way better. Had open, go to containing folder, view download link, remove from list...... Who would put erase entire list in one click was a jerk. And the horrible left column baloney I can't stand. The green arrow is awful too. Firefox is like ebay now. A million lousy unwanted changes making it worse.

Please tell me how to restore my list of downloads. Where you click tools then downloads. And If can get them back. Tell how to put downloads back like 19.0 looked worked no arrow, no column no lousy right click drop down. Step by step please I'm a novice not bill gates.

I would like to be able to import my bookmarks from one browser (dolphin jetpack) to Firefox - but only using one device. I do not have a second computer and only use my tablet - a Samsung galaxy note 10.1. is there anyway of importing without syncing with another device?

I visited a new site and because I was resetting a password I dismissed the prompt asking whether I wanted to save the password. Now I have reset the password and want to save it the prompt box isn't appearing because I dismissed it the first time instead of checking the 'not this time' box.

I'm running Firefox 20.0 I have a link to Google on my Bookmarks Toolbar. This week I connected to the Internet from an airoirt using AT&T, where prior to logging in, I clicked on my Google link, and was redirected to the AT&T login screen. Immediately, the icon on my Toolbar changed from Google's logo to AT&T's blue striped ball. After I completed logging in, I returned to Google, however my Bookmarks Toolbar still shows the AT&T blue ball instead of Google's logo. How can I get the Google logo back? If it changed instantly from Google's logo to AT&T's, it should change instantly back, but it doesn't.

I have three computers. 27" iMac, 11" MacBook Air, 13" MacBook Pro. All my bookmarks are synced with Xmarks. On the iMAc and the MacBook Air, the bookmarks work as they should. The bookmark list drops down when I click on Bookmarks and all the subfolders within the main folders contain the bookmarks I have saved in them. On the MacBook Pro this is not the case for one of my folders. It contains about 10 or 12 subfolders and only 5 or 6 of the subfolders show bookmarks when highlighted.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox and then syncing bookmarks again but the problem still persists. I have checked file permissions and they are set as they should be.

I am now at a loss for what to do.
