Thanks in advance .Actually I already tried in so many ways but still problem is there. The same method window.close(); is working in other browser but not in the firefox. If there is another way let me know. I just want to fulfill my goal is closing the window when I will click the close button.

in the last week I lost the capability of accessing any restricted sites. I can not use Firefox its looking for PKSC12 files which do not match up with what I use on IE.

I imagine I could query an sqlite3 table for open windows but don't know the details for what is available. I trust firefox to always be able to open a previous session that I use open windows as sort of a task list. Duplication of information is futile.

If you work on an Apple Mac and use web access for Outlook.com as your email service, you cannot delete, move or rename an email folder in the new Outlook.com using the Firefox browser (FFv19). You should be able to right-click on an email folder to delete, rename and move a folder. However, in Firefox the pop-up box does not come up to be able to do these functions. In Internet Explorer you can right-click on a folder to delete, etc., but right-clicking on email Outlook folders using the Firefox (FFv19) browser does not work. Firefox and Microsoft's new Outlook.com are not playing nicely.

Does the software engineering team at Firefox give a damn? Apparently, this has been a problem for months and Firefox still has not come up with a fix.

Those of us who user Firefox and work on Apple MACs need fixes for the new Outlook.com. AND please DON'T ask me to change my email service provider because I have been using MSN (now Outlook.com) for 14 years. I'm NOT going to change my email service.

To the Firefox engineering team: Please produce/create a fix for the problem I've outlined for Outlook.com. I need to be able to delete, move and rename my email folders in Outlook using the Firefox browser.

my internet is slow and the power cuts in my country every time this happens i lose my cache memory i am sure there is a trick or any thing to prevent this so pleeeeeease help :(

I use firefox - Is there any way to make it so my internet browser only remembers the MAIN site? -- EG: Only Youtube.co.uk instead of Youtube.co.uk/VIDEO ect.ect. WHISPER PLEASE

Why doesn't that code work in Firefox?

Yes, yes, I know, it's not good to keep applications open when they aren't designed to be. I'm sure Firefox has some memory leaks and this is doing more harm than good, but... My computer isn't the greatest out there, and to increase the usability of my Firefox browser it would be nice to keep the firefox.exe process open, even after closing all windows. I know Firefox doesn't totally close if there is at least one Firefox-related window open, but having to open X popup window seems a bit extreme to get this effect. Additionally, to allow another window to be opened, it would be cool for the "OH NO FIREFOX IS STILL OPEN" prompts to be replaced with just attempting to open a new window, if this feature is enabled. So, if it exists already, is there a config variable for it, and if it doesn't exist, is it possible to perform somehow? I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty if it comes to it; I'd really like to get this happening. I'm running Windows 7 Home, if it matters. (I'd rather be running another OS, but this is neither the time nor place...)

I work at a call center, and they're sticklers for only using IE but... I obviously don't want that. Now, I can change how the icon appears in the start menu and renamed it so it would all look inconspicuous, then applied the IE10 skin, but the firefox icon still shows on the side of the address bar and in the task bar. Is there any way to change this?

I get pop ups saying 21 is out dated , is this true or is this an evil program trying to get me to down load a nefarious product or virus. I close it and look for up dates at Mozilla directly but find nothing newer than 21

I want to pair desktop Firefox to existing sync account, but I don't have access to already synced desktop Firefox account, only to already-synced Android account. How I can do that?

Knowing how to do this, if possible, would speed sorting and relocating bookmarks into folders. If this is not possible, Firefox really should work on achieving this!

Some time ago I used Prism to create standalone web applications of websites I use the most (i.e. gmail, facebook), now I saw that Prism project was abandoned and replaced by Chromeless which it's also abandoned : I want to ask if, just now, is there a way to obtain something similar to Prism/Chromeless and re-create mine web applications with desktop icon and so on.

I am trying to download an youtube video of large size. due to some reasons suddenly i shutdown my pc. After restart pc i am trying to resume that download file. but there is no resume option there. so please put resume option in downloads (ctrl+j). kindly do the needful.

This isn't really a question, but I hope it will help some people. I had the bing toolbar appear at the top of firefox, and I tried every suggestion I found to delete it, in addition to ways I already knew. Nothing worked...until I searched through tools/options and found my home page had been changed. I simply changed it back to what it was before bing took over. Now everything is back to normal.
