All popup windows for Pogo.com come up regular sized, but the content or a portion of the content is squished into a teeny, 1"x2" block. The Zoom is not involved. I have images of the problem on http://s1289.photobucket.com/user/KCMolatch/media/Pogo2_zps4663918a.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0

I've troubleshot this all the way through with Pogo techs. Everything works on IE, but not Firefox anymore. It started last week, and there was a time when the image inside the popup window flickered from one size to another several times, then it ended up this tiny size.

I have an HP laptop w/ Windows 7 Pro, AVG, Spybot S&D, Malwarebytes. I have updated Java, Flashplayer, Global Storage Settings, etc.

Everything loads fine until I go into yahoo games. When I go into a game room I can only see half a room plus when I sit at a table I only get half a table so I'm unable to play

I want to be able to use Firefox for Android to listen to music through Grooveshark's html5 website. From what information I've been able to gather Firefox for Android must still only have ogg hmtl5 support and I don't want to have to use Chrome or the built-in browser just for Grooveshark.

If I get a link for anything google maps related it tells me the connection has been reset. If I navigate to it diretly then it tells me the connection has been reset. Doing a search itself works as does my gmail and various other google services. I have completely uninstalled Firefox and re installed with a fresh download. It didn't change anything.

Cannot find the new anti Prism plug in that Justin Blinder created. The links to his site bring up 404's and gargoyle searches just take you to websites talking about the plugin I have tried all permutations of the web address as well Anyone know anything ??

I upgraded to the new version of yahoo mail and also upgraded my firefox to version 21. My javascript is enabled. When I go to compose a message on yahoo, it will no longer autocomplete when I start typing my contacts' names in the "to" section. When I use internet explorer, this feature will work, so I know it is a firefox problem. I cleared my cache and that did nothing. I NEED this function to work. It is so annoying to have to go to my contact list every time I compose a message.

This is almost an old unresolved bug
So when I have access to the modem page, I find that the Firefox browser he can not handle it! I can not even browse the modem page "So simply some of the pages and sites have slow download sites! Should improve the load time speed?!

micro_httpd - really small HTTP server
Fetch the software.

micro_httpd is a very small Unix-based HTTP server. It runs from inetd, which means its performance is poor. But for low-traffic sites, it's quite adequate. It implements all the basic features of an HTTP server, including:

   Security against ".." filename snooping.
   The common MIME types.
   Trailing-slash redirection.
   index.html
   Directory listings.

All in about 200 lines of code.

micro_httpd can also be used to serve HTTPS by wrapping it with stunnel. Instructions are included.

Other tiny and/or weird web servers (all run from inetd):

   shell script web server
   dd/sh web server
   PostScript web server
   awk web server

When I click a link to download BBC iPlayer programmes, nothing happens. I can watch them through the iplayer site but the download links do not work. Flash player and Air are all up to date. This issue started with Firefox 20. I have been a Firefox user from the beginning and these issues need a fix. The issue is not replicated in Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari. Regards

I have just got a new laptop running Windows 8, I do not use the start screen, I have downloaded Start Windows 8 and only use the desktop. I have downloaded Firefox and I am currently using vesion 20.0.1

I added MyWot and Adblock Plus and Downloader Helper.

Initially I was having a problem with the display of Cnet and the odd other site. I figured this was likely to be an issue with Adblock Plus, I disabled it on that site and it was fine. I then started losing the email functions in Yahoo mail, 'move', 'forward' etc. that run along the top of the inbox, and the drop down menu to log out woudn't show. I've since been getting problems with the display of other websites such as booking.com and now the Facebook log in page. By displaying incorrectly, I mean things appearing in line and in Times New Roman.

I have restarted with add ons disabled that didn't fix it, so I reset Firefox. This had the sites working. I reinstalled MyWot, restaretd, stillworked. Reinstalled Downloader Helper, restarted, still worked. I did not reinstall Adblock. I was using the Transport for London wesbite which was fine until I logged out and then that page appeared in Times New Roman too. The Facebook log in page is also broken again. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know my way around a computer to an extent but I'm not that techy. I've done the auto add information below, I don't know what most of it means (Avast plug in has been disabled through all this).

I have not been having these problems on my old XP laptop that I've still been using.

I've disabled all add ons that may cause this, I've cleared the cache and cookies and opened firefox up in safe mode.

This doesn't happen in Chrome and sometimes youtube works in firefox, I restarted for example and it was working fine for a few minutes and now it's not working at all.

Does anybody have any solutions? I've tried pretty much all I've found online.

For some reason after working for months when the home screen of my site appears and I have to log in the page just takes me back to the log in again. I have tried this on other computers using Firefox and the problem is repeated. If I change browser I can log in without issue. This problem only started today. I have cleared history and started again and get the same issue but only on Firefox. I am using version 21.0 can you help?

run to the "alert (1)", history forward showed normal, but run to the "alert (3)" when history forward display abnormal. where is the forward? And this phenomenon occurs only in firefox, other browsers have shown normal.

When I drag and drop a website onto my desktop, how can I make Firefox use the icon native to that website instead of the default firefox icon?

I have even gone painstakingly (SEVERAL TIMES) to the sites with IE, dragged the site onto my desktop in order to obtain the site native icons for my desktop (and deleted the ones with the Firefox icon) .... but they all soon revert to the default Firefox icon.

I recently reset my Mozilla/Firefox. Now when I try to log on to my Parkinson's support group, the usual first screen is overridden by a second screen asking if I am a registered member. When I check YES and enter my name and pw, it seems to take that info, but then loops back and repeats... forever. This does not happen with IE. No error message appears. I cannot find a solution to this problem in FF library.

i recently upgraded my firefox and its been working beautifully except for a recent observation made only with perfectmoney.com. Anytime i log into my account i don't have problem with that, but while in my account, i can't view my history or see my statement or do anything else because whatever i click on, it takes me back to the login page where i'll have to login again and the whole thing continue to repeat itself. its so disturbing.i tried enabling and disabling cookies but didn't work. in fact, it is the only reason why i upgraded my firefox but the result remains same. i contacted the website support and they said the problem seems to be from my browser as i am the only one with that problem from there records. this is my problem and i'll really appreciate a solution to my problem. thank you

We are on satellite internet. It runs at roughly dialup speeds 2-7kb/sec.

Web2.0 has been a disaster for slow connections around the world (GPRS,Edge,Packet Radio,dialup, long distance WiFI. It's not just the amount of extra bandwidth that is needed but also the lack of control.

You can do a lot to reduce bandwidth: pictures off, plugins click to play, disable flash/pdf embedded everything, proxy compress like Opera Turbo etc etc but I can't see ways to see and control web2.0 processes. For example, is there any way to load Facebook as a static page without the asynchronous calls going on in the background? The mobile version seems better but it's hard to say.

Of course it would be best if website developers themselves had some consideration and did things like label images, especially the "reply" button on forums... but that is no solution - you're not going to be able to change the world this way - better to learn how to know more about the browser internals itself.
