In Firefox 21 for Mac OS, there is no longer any preview image, which is usually a little screenshot of the left end of the toolbar, shown for a theme when you click the "More" link to get more information about the theme. The only image there now is the theme icon. Where did that preview go and why is it gone? The preview images are still in the .jar files in all the themes I have, so they are still available.

So I would like to be able to hit a "save now" button and have my current session be saved within my mozilla account. Is this possible?

In the past I have closed Mozilla with restore previous session active, but it has not saved my session. I would like a way to recover me seesion if this happens.

Do disabled add-ons use resources? Would removing them completely use less resources? The reason I ask is, I have quite a number of add-ons in the disabled state that I have not removed in case I decide to reactivate/use them again. I was just wondering if having the add-ons associated with the FF software, even in their disabled state, caused Firefox to use any more resources (cpu/ram) than if they were completely removed? If it makes no difference whatsoever in ram/cpu usage if the disabled add-ons are removed or not removed, then I'll just leave them disabled and undeleted. But since my Firefox eats up more and more cpu and memory the longer I use it, I'm interested in getting rid of anything that eats resources, especially if I don't really use them.

I don't think my question is specific to my tech specs, but am using: Windows XP Pro, SP3, and Firefox 9.0.1 (which I intend to upgrade when I finish researching what version is best for me in terms of performance, but especially compatibility with my essential add-ons). The printer was working fine. Suddenly that changed. Now when I print, the print is huge and a large part of the text is cut off. I tried reducing the size of the font but that did not help. This had happened to me before about a year ago and I tried different things with firefox and was finally able to fix it. However, this time I have tried all your troubleshooting tips and nothing works. The print function was working normally up to a couple of days ago and to the best of our knowledge neither my husband and I have made any changes to the settings.

I have the Android device that support external usb hard drive, when I want to download some files via Firefox there are only two possible "places" where I can put the files - external memory or SD card. It will be nice if there would be an option to save file on ext. usb drive.

Hi, I'm using the latest Firefox for Android browser on a Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4G Touch. I have an issue when I download an image from a website onto my phone. After I download the image onto my phone by holding my finger on the image and selecting save image, it downloads it into my gallery, but I'm unable to share the image in a text or to Facebook or anything. It just comes up with a prompt that says "no applications to share image". I've never had this issue after downloading images using the phone's native browser, but I prefer the Firefox app to that. Is there a way to fix this, is it a bug, or is it supposed to do that? Thank you.

How do open one instance of FF and have 2 tabs open visible side by side. Or is this not possible and I have to have two instances of FF open and size the screens to half the monitor?

I have two websites for personal use (as an online portfolio), however when I come to 'copy' and 'paste' any information across (as the sites share a common theme) it adds in a lot of question marks all over the stretch of text. This is incredibly annoying as they don't show up when initially pasting across, but only when posting so I've been having to post twice to get it to look correct. This issue has been happening on every PC I've tried to access my site on (and they all only have firefox) - will I need to change up my browser or is there something I'm missing?
