Im running firefox on 3 computers with my macbood being the primary computer to which the two other sync to.

Recently I upgraded to ff15 but all of the add-ons have vanished from my other two computers. My macbook still has them all but the other two do not. Why aren't they syncing to the othet two computers and why did they get deleted???

This is new issue as this morning t was running fine then I refreshed home page and browser got into a loop of attempts to keep loading (desktop version of page) and then redirecting back to mobile version. Over and over. I clear cache and cookies and the Loop stops (temporarily) but the redirects to the mobile page seems to now be the default response to the www.washingtonpost.com site for this browser. Works fine in safari and chrome. So...i upgraded to ff14 (whihc I had been waitng on and same deal thing still occurs.

With the problem of Default Browser Firefox 13.0.1 and not being able to access my yahoo E mail account on this browser. I have read and tried to the suggestions fro FAQ and the Community to no avail. I will uninstall the Firefox browser until your group has any further suggestions to resolve this issue. Will installing firefox 12 resolve issue? Richard Meyers

I have spent days trying to get Netflix to work on Firefox, and hate Safari, but it works there.. Spent an hour with applecare looking at my computer, and they said that it must be firefox.. I have installed and unenstalled silverlightplugin, (it doesn't show as a plugin on Firefox plugin list, but it is installed in hard drive) I keep getting the message, "Just one minute more to watch movie, download silverlight plugin, I am on a MacBook pro, and am ready to give up Firefox if this cannot be fixed. I have talked to Microsoft, and they don't support macs except for their download that I am all too familiar with!!

I currently have Firefox browser version 12.0 but it says it is the latest version. However I can download version 15.

So why can't I upgrade? or do I have to download version 15 and somehow copy my bookmarks across?

Using MAC OS 10.2.8 and FireFox 2.0.0.20. Never any issues until 3 days ago. Went to my files hosting site and I wasn't automatically logged in. Went to log in and I am unable to type in my name and password in the fields. Mouse stays the arrow. Have cleared all cookies and emptied the cache per trouble shooting advice. Other than this it is working fine.

after i upgraded to ff 14, i found that the "open new tab" button moved to the left of the tabs. how do i move the button back to the right of tabs? i've tried the customize, but it won't stay on the right when i hit done.

For a couple of month ago Firefox did'nt work at all - so I re-installed it and then I lost all my previous bookmarks. I miss them and I don't know how to get them back.

Whenever I click on the button on the Firefox toolbar and then start scrolling down, as soon as I want to go into a folder or press a button the drop down menu flickers out and then I have to go back to the toolbar and start again.

Any future answerer please keep in mind that I am talking about the browser itself, not a web site.

I have the latest version of Firefox for Mac and this only started happening a few days ago. Pleas help.

Downloaded the update and dragged it into the applications folder. It states that I cannot update because of something labeled libalerts.dylib. Also, when I open the browser it doesn't go to the Firefox home page as usual.

I updated to Firefox 14.0.1 and gmail will not open. Have been trying for several hours since the update. Other google sites work fine and I am able to open gmail with Safari, which makes me believe it is a firefox update issue.

My firefox on lion cannot display any kind of PDF files. It can recognize the file as PDF, but the whole page is blank, only the titles says: application/pdf object. I use acrobat, I have change the default application to preview and tried using the js extension, but none of them works. Helps! Now I can only right click to download pdf, which sucks. By the way, the windows version works just fine.

I click on the rotating balls of download helper and it looks as though the download is taking only a couple seconds. Then, when I click on it to play it it doesn't work and says, The document “Barney_ I Hear Music Everywhere.mp4” could not be opened. The movie's file format isn't recognized. To see if additional software is available that will enable QuickTime Player to open the movie, click Tell Me More.

I have a 2011 Apple Macbook Pro 13".

I have tried clearing my cache and cookies and my entire browsing history and this does not work. I have also tried resetting my firewall which does not work either. I have no problems accessing my gmail from other programs such as Safari. I am using Firefox 15.0 and I have a MacBook Pro osx 10.8.1

When I click on the add photo icon the new window pops up. Typically you paste the image URL in the window and then click OK. When I click OK nothing happens. It's not just hanging either. It's like the connection just doesn't work.

This has been asked in the past with the thread closed even though the asker got no answer. I have the same problem so I am asking again.... How does one set the margin sizes on Firefox on the Mac?
