The right-click shortcut letters for my Bookmarks Toolbar (T for New Tab, D for Delete, etc) have changed as of a couple days ago - How do I revert them back?

This only changed in the past couple days, I had not changed anything in terms of installations, extensions, etc...

Right now Tabs open with W (which used to open in a Window), and T deletes (which used to be New Tab)....but D also deletes, so that's odd...

When I launch Firefox it goes directly to the mozilla start page as if I never used Firefox before. Everything is blank, no bookmark, no history, nothing. Why can't I go directly to my homepage? This frustrates me so much I have to go back to safari. I would use Firefox.

Firefox hangs on our company system website. it shows the message 'Waiting for www......' and after a long time loads the page.

I can use other pages in the mean time and they all work fine and quick .... but our company website page takes time .... I am the only one experiencing this issue as my other colleagues have no problem with it ....... I tried using Internet Explorer and it has the same problem .... Please help

On the web page, the Michigan DNR campsite numbers are high and off the campground map, not oriented correctly for each campsite. What can I do to change viewer settings, add a plug-in or correct/improve my browser?

Last week, I could log onto twitter just fine. Now, it says 404-Shot Not Found, The shop twitter.com could not be found. Would you like to create it? I don't know why. It worked briefly after I restarted my computer but now won't load anymore. I opened internet explorer and that worked just fine. I have cleared the cache and cookies as well as recent history in FF to no avail. Thanks for your help!

I've noticed a few websites I try to visit being blocked. StopBadware does not give details on what "badware" was found, when, or offer any proof that anything was found at any time. They're anonymous, untouchable, and just say, "Trust us, don't visit this site". In our courts, the accused are allowed to face their accuser, but not in the court of the internet apparently.

Basically it is just a vigilante organization (funded by George Soros) that seeks to "protect people". Too much autonomy, not NEARLY enough transparency, and no accountability at all.

If they wanted to help, they'd report the "badware" to a consortium of anti-virus companies. This would help anti-virus software adapt to threats, and give consumers a way to know which were doing it most effectively. Also, the person browsing the "suspected" site should be told what the badware was, if it was reported by one or more individuals, or by a scan, what the rate of false positive reports are for that scan, and what is known about the badware in terms of impact. If coordinated with the above effort, a list of anti-virus titles that claims to address the badware should be available.

I understand why Mozilla would want to utilize a system that does what StopBadware claims is it's mission, but making it mandatory is a really bad idea in light of the potential negative impact and potential for abuse or misuse.

How do I remove/stop it, or failing that, does anyone have a good browser recommendation? Hopefully one that has not chosen such a "Big Brother" ham-handed approach.

Also, is there a list of all the sites StopBadware is blocking? I'd like to run Returnil and go looking for all the info George is afraid of.

For some reason when completing my address it then shows MA as my state, instead of MD. I don't know how it picked that up but I'd like to stop this error from happening every time i see autofill.

Can anything be done?

I re-installed FF3.6 and lost my bookmarks. I also cannot add any new bookmarks I did this 4 times and gave up and I unfortunately deleted my default user files so I cannot restore from the automatic bookmark backups. I had backed up my bookmarks to a flash drive. The bookmarks are all there and in HTLM form. I tried to restore from this backup but can't do it. I know I have made a mess but I was thoroughly pissed off. I had also tried to come here but my password could never be changed so I couldn't ask a question. It was finally changed an hour ago. If someone has any suggestions I would be grateful. I had tried FFv4 bur Roboform does not work there and I am not going to start paying them $20/year just because they won't update their plug-in. Haven't used Firefox in a while. I'm running Internet Explorer 7.0 (currently since I can't get Firefox to work). I have a Qwest DSL as my internet service provider. When I try to go online to my Yahoo Email Acct (Home Page) I get an error message saying, "Proxy Server is refusing connections"."Firefox is configured to use a proxy server". How do I check to make sure the proxy server settings are correct or check the network administrator to see if the proxy server is working? I used it a couple of months ago without any problems.

I did not use this brosser for some years, but it was intaled in my computer. When I have start to use it again, I try to "remenber a site password" ant the program aked me for a KEY Password. I can't remember it. How can I remove it in order to change over the password to use it again?

The <www.google.com> homepage includes a "Language Tools" link that is inexplicably missing on the official Firefox homepage. I would greatly appreciate an answer. Thanks!

Lately I have two problems that I can't solve. 1) Some sort of addon called "Text Enhance" underlines some of the text in a web page that if clicked brings you to an advertisement. How can I eliminate it.

2) A pop up called "Direct Save" has an icon on the upper right corner of firefox that occasionally expands and tells me I have coupons available.

I've unclicked popups and eliminated all addons yet these two items persist. Please help me eliminate them.

All of a sudden firefox won't go online, but IE will and all other internet enabled applications. I can't remember why but I decided to restart firefox and it started happening. Actually I remember now, Facebook told me I had to close the browser as it was throwing an error. WHen I restarted, no internet connection. However, I have internet just fine in IE and other apps.
