I am currently on Firefox 3.6.15. Have you released Firefox 4.0 beyond beta and if so how do I download it? Does it have a non-tracking feature? If not when will you bring one out?

I was hit with the RelevantKnowledge spyware. I unstalled the program but the add-on is still showing up on my list with no uninstall or disable button. I have tried safe mode and there is still no option to unistall or disable. I cannot get the add-on window to stop saying it will be installed with the next restart, it doesn't install just stays on the list. There is a string in the extensions button on the troubleshooting page "relevant knowledge" listing - {6E19037A-12E3-4295-8915-ED48BC341614} but I can't find it anywhere. How can I get this add-on to delete or disable?

mailto: links used to open in Outlook. Then they began opening Gmail, so I uninstalled the Google Toolbar. Now mailto: links do nothing when I click on them. I've tried deleting the mimeTypes.rdf as recommended by File types and download actions. I also see that my mailto: is set to Outlook as shown by my Applications setting, but the links are still not working, even though they work in IE. Ideas?

Firefox 3.6 could load http://radio.mediacorp.sg/RadioLive/Class95.aspx from the "Hear Us Now" pop-up at http://entertainment.xin.msn.com/en/radio/class95 properly, with live radio streaming and changing lyrics.

However, once I upgraded to 4.0 I could no longer hear the live radio streaming nor see live lyrics streaming, and no error message appears to enlighten me on what might be wrong, please help!

There seems to be a lot of questions around Firefox 4.0 and the use of Selenium IDE as an add-on. We are concerned about upgrading to Firefox 4.0 and breaking our automated scripts. Any insight/thoughts as to how long Firefox 3.6 will continue to be supported?

Where does firefox store the bookmarks, saved passwords, optional settings, etc.? Can these files be moved to a directory of my choice so I can easily back them up?

When I tried to load my Farm in Farmville on Facebook, I was advised to download Flashplayer by "click here". I did so, but I still cannot load the Farm. I continue to get the same message each time I try. I've tried the download a couple of times. retty frustrating for my first few hours on Firefox.

When I read message boards (Reddit), the posts that I have already clicked on turn purple. Later I can come back and see at a glance which posts I have read and which ones are new to me.

I am used to using Chrome for this, but lately I have been experimenting with Firefox. When I went back to the message boards using Chrome I noticed that the previously clicked on posts were not purple (because I had viewed them in Firefox).

No worries! In Chrome I can click on the wrench, options, personal stuff, import data from another browser. I just choose Firefox from the drop down menu and instantly my click-on history is caught up.

Firefox on the other hand does not seem to have this feature. When I click on "file" in the menu and import it only gives me the option to import from Internet Explorer.

To be clear - I do not care about importing/exporting bookmarks. I already have the same bookmarks on Chrome and Firefox. I do look at several message boards and it is a big inconvenience for me to have to click on links that I have already seen, just to turn them purple, so I will be able to more easily recognize the links that I haven't clicked on yet.

Even though I would like to start using Firefox more, I find that I am "forced" to return to Chrome because it is so much easier to read message boards that remember what I have clicked on.

G'day Firefox, Great browser, congratulations. I have Firefox 3.6.15 which I use as my regular browser. Checked my Add/Remove Program programme in Control Panel and discovered Mozilla Firefox 3.6.13 which was 2641 Mb on 18.1.2012 and is now 2681 Mb and have not used either of them. Tried to Remove 3.6.13 and it would not remove. Unable to find it elsewhere in the computer and am worried it may be a "bug" of some sort. I have quite good anti-virus and anti-"bug" programs but they have not "seen" it. Do you have any suggestions as to what this is and how to get rid of it? My O.S. is XP Home SP2. Using V9 I encountered unpredictable BSOD events with message "A problem has been detected & windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. etc (recommended checks)" No BIOS tuning; Memory integrity OK; no disk errors; no malware problems; no other software updates. Using XP Pro. Problem disappeared on reverting to Firefox V3.6.15; However now have lost FireFTP compatable with V3.6.15. One other observation may be relevant - upgrade to V3.6.25 failed to restart (The update could not be installed. Please make sure there are no other copies of Firefox running on your computer, and then restart Firefox to try again.) Task manager showed that no copies were running so couldn'y install update to V3.6.25. Upgrades have previously been OK.

I just upgraded to Firefox 3.6.15 and can't print from my Mac (OSX 10.5.8). I can't print to the printer, PDF or to Preview. I have no problems printing from Safari or other applications. I double checked my printer settings and all are working well.

Is this a known bug and is there a fix on the way? Anyone know a work around? I've installed the "Open In Safari" plugin but this doesn't help when I am printing from a password protected site - the image I'm trying to print will not carry over even after logging in on Safari.

This is causing a big disruption since much of my work is compatible only on Firefox and I need to print from it. Any help or tips are appreciated!

I am Running Windows 7 x64 and Firefox 3.6.15.

Since the day before yesterday I am unable to start Firefox. Even in Safe Mode it just won't start.

I click the Firefox icon, the mouse cursor changes to indicate the computer is doing something. After 3 seconds or so the mouse cursor again changes back to its default state. Nothing else happens. The Task Manager in Windows shows me that an instance of firefox.exe is running, but I see no Firefox window. Then if I again click to open Firefox, another firefox.exe instance starts, but again I see no Firefox window.

There isn't even a warning about one instance of Firefox already running.

What I have tried: I have uninstalled Firefox, removed all the Firefox files and folders from c:\users\username\AppData\Local and Roamning. I re-downloaded the 3.6.15 installation package and re-installed.

No change.

On my home computer, Firefox kept popping up with an window asking my to download an update. I kept putting it off, but finally I clicked OK. A few minutes later I received an error message, but I didn't really read it before closing out of it. After that, Firefox wouldn't work.

I've restarted my computer a few times, but Firefox still won't work-- I get the same screen I get when my internet is out, but I know my internet is working (I know this because installed software that connects to the internet still work).

I need to re-install Firefox, but I have no working browser to access the Firefox website. What can I do?

When I hover the cursor over the movie to be selected, a small balloon is supposed to pop up and give details about the movie. Instead I get a message, "unknown API error."

I downloaded the FF4 RC this morning, and immediately used it to test our medical app which runs in a full screen Silverlight session. The app appeared to render properly, however the mouse tracking was not correct. The horizontal location was accurate, however it thought that the vertical location was actually much lower.

In other words, if I hover the mouse over a button, it does not highlight, nor can I click it. However if I move the mouse pointer up a few inches above the button, I will see it highlight and can click it. This effect is much more noticeable on something like a grid where the rows highlight as you mouse over them. The highlighted rows are several inches BELOW where the mouse pointer is on the screen.

Everything on the page still works properly in other browsers, and in FF 3.x.
