I was trying to print a calendar. Mozilla asked me to do an update and I lost my toolbar for Yahoo(I have reinstalled that) but I have no place to type in a web address. I am not very good with computers and your program is driving me crazy. I even tried a system restore but Mozilla is blocking that too.

I've been using Firefox 15 for a while now, for different reasons, but decided to update to FF 20 over a week ago. I realized then that some features on some pages didn't work as they used to. I have a blog and one of my pages is a scrapbook, the code includes jQuery and isotope. It stays the same if you're using anything above FF 15, I checked with friends.

Is this a problem or is it how FF will be from now on? I went back to 15, but I'd like to be able to upgrade and that not only me and those with anything under FF 15 be able to see the site correctly. This is the website: http://le-scrapbook.tumblr.com/book2013

I first noticed this problem yesterday when trying to copy/paste into Word 2003. I disabled all Add-ons, restarted FF, problem solved. I enabled all Add-ons, restarted FF and problem went away. Today it is back but not only a problem with Word but Windows Live Mail too. I see others have this problem so it seems to be a FF problem and not just mine. I'm running FF 15.0.1.

Certain websites do not load correctly, the webpage sometimes does not display. Upgraded to current version of Java, this did not solve the problem. The most blatant thing I noticed is that when I hit the plus button to open a new tab, the page that displays displays my nine most favorite websites, all nine have descriptions, but only two or three display the actual web page. I also have hotmail and when I try to load some pages directly from the e-mail I get the message Javascript needs to be enabled.

I am testing NTLM over GSSAPI/SPENGO functionality that our proxy supports.

On mac (OSX 10.8.2), I have got FF (15.0) browser. I have added the proxy to the browser, updated network.negotiate-auth.trusted-uri, network.negotiate-auth.delegation-uris and network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uri tp point to the forward proxy I am using.

When I browse a website, here is what happens -

Then FF does not respond back, instead shows "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" When I did packetcapture, it shows that FF tries to do NTLMSSP over SPENGO and sends "negTokenInit" with NTLMSSP_NEGOTIATE. When Proxy sends "negTokenTarg" with NTLMSSP_CHALLENGE, the browser does not respond back.

Please let me know if you need any more information.

I have been using Firefox for some time now. I love the browser. I really really hate this plugin check page that opens every time I open Firefox. It is just annoying.

I updated all the plugins that were vulnerable, but there are some other plugins that it doesn't seem to recognize or whatever, and it asks me to research those. Is this the reason why the plugin check continuously pops up?

I don't know why Mozilla designed this page to be so annoying. I know it's as simple as closing out of it, but it is just buggy to me and a constant reminder that I don't know something about these plugins LOL it drives me crazy...

I recently had to install the Java Plugin.... Well, it took me about 20 minutes to get it right... I made some mistakes, like, copying another Lib files, or copying the lib files themselves and not links to them. I should say i am using Slackware 14.0. I am new to Linux, kind of... And i am new to Firefox too... I searched online but i couldnt find nobody with the same problem... I checked to see if it was a Theme, but i only have the Default 15.0.1

I am currently running version 15.0.1 under Windows 7 with "Firefox 3 theme for Firefox 4+" and "Status-4-Evar" installed to mimic the look of version 3.6. The update wizard for version 19.0,2 says my addons will not work with it. Are there other means available to make Firefox 19 -accurately- mimic the look and function of version 3.x? I HATE the overly-slick, colorless, everything-hidden look of the newer interface and refuse to upgrade unless I can duplicate the interface I have now. I just want to know ahead of time if it can be done, rather than change versions just to revert back if I find I can't have what I want in the new version.

Firefox fails to delete cookies if set to do so on quitting and if the settings 'General->Show my windows and tabs from last time' have been set.

As a result user tracking through cookies can continue even if Firefox had been closed before. Moreover another user could resume an earlier session and access pages an earlier user had not logged off from.

In about:config set browser.sessionstore.privacy_level & browser.sessionstore.privacy_level_deferred to 1 or 2 as described with the bug report.

However, as a general solution this problem needs to be fixed in Firefox since most people will neither be aware of the problem nor of the work around.

Users can vote for this bug in Bugzilla to promote its solution.

As of yesterday, I can't access gmail using Firefox. I can access all other websites (including other Google services), but not gmail. I just get the message:

"The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

I have tried reinstalling Firefox, emptying/deleting cache and cookies, disabling add-ons - basically every fix that I can find on the web, but no good! I can access gmail with no problems using Chrome and IE.

Any ideas?

Left mouse pad not clicking/working after scrolling in firefox ,freezes this button and only right click will anywhere . Its almost as if the left button is frozen as sometimes when I move around the keypad I see the scroll button move up and down and I can not unclick it. Only restarting computer fixes issue.

The issue is only happening in firefox. I have been using opera with absolutely no touchpad issues. I love firefox and would love to use it but restarting my computer multiple times a day is not cutting it for me.

I have a dell xps 14z I am using firefox 15.0.1 .

Every time I use the Flash plug-in (for videos on YouTube or PutLocker or whatever), FireFox just slows down a lot and even freezes. It happens very often now and it's really annoying.

By the way, I am using a gaming laptop so I am not sure why I am having these problems. My Flash plug-in and firefox are updated to the latest versions, too.

My specs: Windows 7 Home Premium Intel i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHZ (8 CPUs) nVidia GTX 560m 3GB vRAM dedicated 16GB RAM

I do not have any more information. I do not know how snap.do got on my computer nor do I know how to get rid of it. I cannot get firefox to run because I cannot get rid of snap.do.

I cannot seem to see certain websites "full" site. On Ebay...I only see text all piled up on left. If I click thru enough I can see an image but I want the full site. Not the second class citizen version. Also same with Netflix. Amazon is great. I've troubleshooted and cleared cookies and cache. I reset and now I'm using safe mode with add ons disabled but still nothing helps.

BTW...I'm very untechnical. Im using a laptop with Windows Vista OS if that helps.

Id also like to be able to use my amazon prime account to stream videos but naturally nothing shows up.

Please help. SOS.  : )
