Two questions please... First one is above for the tab function. In Safari I just need to press control+option+tab to indent a tab within a text edit box on a website. This function is being used more via cloud and mobile capability.

Second... I can, in Safari, Copy and paste a site with tables. Works great in Safari. When I try to do this in FF I lose the formatting of the tables and it just give plain text without the tabled fields.

I would love to use FF because the compatibility if much greater than Safari, but... I need my functionality as well to do my work to the best and quickest ability.

Firefox spell-checker keeps defaulting to Hebrew and have a bunch of languages I didn't install on the list. I can manually switch to English every text box, but this is not really practical. Are there any settings to this damn thing?

I just installed ubuntu 12.10, with the latest Firefox.

My weekly Trusteer/Rapport report registered a 1000 instances of blocking alterations of the GetClipboardData function. They say this can be either malware or legitware. I've not noticed it before, although I didn't check the report in the last couple of weeks. Since clearing the report, the blocks are occuring roughly every 60-120 seconds (1-2 minutes), showing 2 attempts simultaneously. McAfee antivirus scan doesn't detect anything. I did have my Yahoo email account hacked last week, which may or may not be related. I have no other issues using Trusteer usually, although (on Firefox 16.01) sometimes the green icon has disappeared, and I restart Trusteer to ensure it is working. The icon then reappears.

I love the personas addons but can you widden the personas to cover the whole page if not than why do we have them to use. you can bearly see the picture at the top of firefoxs screen

It seems like no matter which type of video player or plugin is being used in FF, the video and interface will lag like crazy anytime you mouse over and try to use/click anything. It's really bad in YouTube, but it happens pretty much everywhere else as well.

I have tried running in SafeMode to see if any of my addons were causing the issue, but the problem persisted to an equal degree while in it.

I really do enjoy using FF more than Chrome, but you guys are making it really, really hard for me to want to stay. Even though it has been argued that Chrome is no faster, it definitely seems to be at the very least on the basis of perception. It's definitely "faster" from a smoothness and stability standpoint when talking about video playback.

The the speed difference, even if it is just perception, has not been enough to sway me from liking some features that I can get through FF's addons that I can't get with Chrome extensions. I've tried switching before, and it just isn't quite there yet for me in functionality. The weird, seemingly continual degradation is about to make me put up with whatever minor functionality may be lost in other browsers, however. I'm already at a point where I switch to Chrome anytime I watch YouTube videos, and it's getting close to be what I use for everything else.

I'm using windows xp and ff has suddenly started not opening ANY web pages AT ALL. it's as if i had no internet connection, but i do i checked and explorer and chrome both can access the web. the only firewall i have is the xp one and anti virus is MSE. ff worked fine in the morning but by the afternoon would not open any pages at_all so i un-installed it and re-installed it and it still won't work.

so it's a sad goodbye to ff form me and hello chrome

You have all these alpha, beta and nightly releases of 64bit versions for Windows. There are even Firefox spin-offs that are 64bit. What's the hold up. I've seen 1,000,001 people ask the same question since Windows Vista x64. Now we have Windows 8 coming out which I don't think even HAS a 32-bit version.

What's the hold-up people?

Whenever we are browsing through Mozilla Firefox and want to save that webpage there are getting only two file format for saving that page 1 is html & another is text format. So if we want to save a webpage into pdf how can we save it

I keep cleaning out my internet file, and deleating babylon but the dam thing keeps comming back. It is taking over my computer and I dont know how I got it in the first place. BUT want it out of here in a big way. TAKE ME BACK TO GOOGLE SEARCH!

We have tried repeatedly to install Firefox on our HP 64bit Windows 7. It gets to the run screen and then nothing happens. We even waited half an hour. I had no problem loading it on my lap top, but the desk top will not load. We even changed from Administrator to user. We changed our Admin password and it still will not load. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I hate Internet Explorer and would really love to have Firefox!

I'm using version 15.0.1. How can I get these options to work? I searched for this question and found an answer was previously offered which was to uninstall the Ask toolbar due to incompatibility. I checked for this and I don't have it.

Right clicking on a link in page and selecting either open link in new tab or window does NOT work. Nothing hapens. Just started the other day. Also cannot use Ctrl and right click. Works in Chrome. Right click and paste, etc work.

I can't update my current Firefox. I go to Help/About Firefox... and ik keeps version 14.0.1 "up-to-date". When i do this to my brother's pc, there is immediately ask to install Firefox 15. But when i go to Help/About Firefox... Firefox keep saying "version 14.0.1 up to date". It is'nt up-to-date because there is already version 15.

So why Firefox says "version 14.0.1" and "up-to-date". By other computers who use Firefox and i go to Help/About Firefox there is immediately a pop up that says that there is a new version, but my pc isn't. What's the reason?

I can install Firefox 15 manually, but why my firefox don't update when i go to Help/About Firefox . So i have to wait?

We are using SharePoint with a web part from another vendor that is used to display people's pictures. The web part takes in the paths we provide as UNC paths (i.e. \\servername\folder\picture.jpg\) and then when we open the page the links are displayed as file://servername/folder/picture.jpg. It works fine in Internet Explorer.

In Firefox 10 ESR, we do not see any pictures at all. There is not even an X where the picture is supposed to be.

I have tried changing the path so that the link is showing up as file:///// instead of file:// but the pictures are still not being displayed.

I've noticed that, since yesterday, some of the Personas are not working. When I hover some of them (including a few that I've created myself), the theme will not appear on my Firefox, only the colors will. I'm not really sure what to do about it.

I've noticed a very annoying issue with Firefox full screen mode that's been around longer than I've been using it.

I use full screen mode all the time and never switch back to windowed mode. But I notice that often when I try to Alt+Tab to a different window, OS windows selection appears for a brief second, then disappears and Firefox retakes focus. Sometimes you can get it to work if you're quick and you only want to change to the previous window, but if you want to change to another window you won't have time. The only way to reliably Alt+Tab out of Firefox when its in full screen mode is to press the Win key first (giving focus to the Start Menu) then Alt+Tab.

Its not a deal breaker for Firefox or full screen mode, but its a very annoying issue and it would be really great to see it fixed.

Steps to recreate (doesn't fail every time):

1. Open several windows (Windows Explorer, photo editor, etc)

2. Open firefox and switch to full screen mode.

3. Hold down Alt and keep pressing Tab in an attempt to reach one of the other windows

Result: The OS Alt+Tab display appears for a split second, then disappears again and Firefox takes focus.
