There was a recent update on my system when I shutdown yesterday. When I tried logging into Facebook today, an Unsecured Connection warning popped up. When I clicked on Add Exceptions, the Facebook website was totally blocked on my system.

Ever since I upgraded to version 6 the Orbit down loader will not recognize firefox. Usually the download window has a checkoff for the Orbit down loader. This no longer happens. Any fixes?

For the past week I get a message from Norton telling me that radiowmpcoregecko is safe. I can't find it anywhere and I have no idea what it is or where it came from. Is it important - if so, what does it do.

When I try to play a movie on Netflix I get an error telling me that Firefox's private browsing mode is restricting Netflix from storing settings on my computer.

The suggests were to click the Tools menu and select private browsing. My private browsing was not activated.

Or to click the Tools menu at the top of the browser and select Options, then Privacy and then Remember history. This setting was also as it should.

Additionally, I went into the history and made sure the permanent private browsing was unchecked and I cleared all cookies. Still Netflix is not working.

I called Netflix and they say that everything is streaming correctly from their end and it is this computer. I can watch Netflix on other computers or my TV on this network but not this computer.

I am at a loss at how to disengage private browsing when the private browsing does not appear to be engaged.

I have changed my homepage back to google, but whenever i search through the main navigation bar, search completion is the default search tool and its terrible.

Firefox 6.0, 6.01, and 6.02 are incompatible with Java Console and Kaspersky URL Advisor. I switched to Firefox because it was supposed to be more secure!! Why don't you guys pull it together and fix this?! & I had no choice but to upgrade each time. I would be grateful if you could take care of this ASAP! and I could not submit to the "I am sad" section, or the feedback section. Come one.

OSX 10.6.8 Intel Mac Firefox 6.0.2 Error box appears: xml.freecause.com:443 uses an invalid security certificate The certificate expired on 9/24/11 5:59 PM. The current time is 9/24/11 6:45 PM (Error code: sec_error_expired_certificate)

Unable to "Cancel" because error box reappears continually. All drop-down menu selections disappear except for Firefox. Can select preferences from this lone menu item and cleared cache and recent history with no avail. Quit and restart with same problem with only a mozilla website tab.

Please can you help Some type of virus has infiltrated my firefox/pc When i try to open a new tab in firefox it opens with babylon serch. Please tell me how to get rid of babylon or is the only option to remove firefox and go back to internet explorer (I would sooner stop with firefox it has been so good up to now)

Firefox updated to 6.0.2 and now in my plugins it says that java is not compatible with this and is causing problems with all sorts of sites including firefox help site which uses java to check your plugins.

I updated to Firefox vs 6.0.2 and it no longer supports Google Toolbar or More importantly, Google Bookmarks. Sneaky on your part, no warning of this change, just let us find out after the upgrade.

I could perhaps live without the toolbar but not the bookmarks. What are you thinking of, killing off Firefox.

Is there a way to revert back to vs 6.0.1? If not, I will try reverting my computer to an earlier time and if that does not work then I'm off to Chrome or Safari or Heaven help me Internet Explorer.

unexpectedly crashes all the time. Prev vers didn't hav this problem. only 50% of the time it can restore back to where it was before the crash. I hav no viruses or bugs and the pgms I hav to ck this hav not reported any problems.

Over the last few days (starting about 9/15/11), I keep getting the following error message:

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: chrome://vidbar/content/downloader.js:98"

Sometimes clicking on continue or stop resolves the problem. At other times, Firefox stops responding at all.

Sometimes doing a restart ends the problem, sometimes a complete shutdown of Windows XP is needed. But even after a complete shutdown, the error seems to eventually recur.

For some unknown reason firefox keeps crashing on my laptop computer. I mostly just use the internet for surfing and for emailing. It is very frustrating when I am trying to write an email and firefox crashes. I have unistalled and reinstalled firefox. I ran a McAfee scan on the computer and it has no problems with spyware or malware. It doesn't crash in safemode either. I am in safe mode now otherwise it would have crashed multiple times while getting to this page and typing this message.
