updated to newest firefox..now alert box pops up saying can't find chrome toolbar..which I don't have apparently firefox has worked with this toolbar for a long time I update regularly why do I get this alert now and how can I get rid of this annoying alert thank you

I installed the newest flash update and everything seems to be working fine at first. After installing it, I start up firefox and go test to see if a youtube video plays. Well, it does and everything seems fine. But, once I close FF and start it up again and try to go play a video on youtube, then it won't play. If I go an install the flash player again, I go back through the whole cycle of......install flash--->viedos work---> close firefox--->open FF up again--->videos don't work.

I've searched everywhere and can't find an answer. Flash and videos work perfectly fin on Chrome and IE. Can anyone tell me whats going on here?

This just recently started happening, whenever I'm browsing a webpage and scrolling through it. Firefox will freeze for about 1-2 seconds than continue scrolling. The same happens when I'm typing something. It's frozen about 3 times so far since I started typing this. Also when I watch any video, the video will freeze too. It freezes for basically anything I do. I know it's not my computer because I put a video I have stored on my hard drive, playing on the side of Firefox and every time the Firefox froze, the video continued to run smoothly. This is really annoying! I have the latest version of my plugins and the latest version of Firefox. How can I fix this?

I can't close individual tabs. I -CAN- close the entire application, but I don't want that. Also, the Close Tab entry is missing from the File menu.

Is there some feature in FF that allows a site to disable turning off separate tabs? Is this an exploit that certain pages are using? Or...is this an actual bug?

I had a problem with a virus after downloading some software. I sorted this with an antivirus scan but had to reinstall Firefox (newest version). Firefox works on my husband's account but not on mine. I wish I could attach a pic here, as I could just post a screenshot! The messgae comes up: 'Well this is embarrassing. Firefox is having trouble recovering windows and tabs.' It suggests I remove tabs or start a new session. I try to click 'Start a new session' but it jams and I get the error message: 'A script on this page may be busy or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now or you can continue to see if the script will complete. Script: resource:///components/nsLoginManager.js:280' It doesn't let me do anything and Task Manager has a job shutting Firefox down

Pogo games won't load - cleared cache, uninstalled and reloaded firefox, reloaded plugins, uninstalled and reloaded java, uninstalled and reloaded adobe flash - nothing is working - need NEW suggestions please.

A website that apparently belongs to government opens automatically as a new tab, it is really driving me crazy. is there any way I could block it in my firefox. p.s. : my pop-up blocking feature in Options is also ticked. but I don't know may be it can't distinguish this site as a pop-up

Yahoo toolbar infected my browser and I just want to get rid of it. It doesn't have an uninstall option under toolbar settings, it doesn't appear under my ad/remove program lists on the computer, it doesn't appear listed under my extensions or plugins for the browser, and all the previous help questions I looked at could not solve this. I'm running a new laptop that's 2 days old running Windows 7. All I want is a clean browser.

Please it is very important, i have been deleted my history for all month i need to take it back. Please i don't have time a lot, and i need for a quick help. Thanks a lot!

I'm having this problem with Firefox, I can't load up pages, watch videos, save images or anything else properly. It always hangs for some seconds, sometimes getting the "not responding" added to the window name.

I already tried everything I found on the support pages: cleared cookies, tried safe mode, tried with a new profile, disabled plugins, reinstalled Firefox, disabled hardware acceleration, resetted settings, cleared sessionrestore, scanned for viruses, checked the firewall, cleared download list, checked the hard disk for errors (got none), and other stuff I forgot. Results? None. It's all the same.

If I try using Internet Explorer, on the other hand, I get no hangs at all, so I don't think it's a hardware problem.

What else is left for me to try? Please, these hangs are getting on my nerves.

(and sorry for the troubleshooting information being in Portuguese, I don't know how to change it to english without translating it myself)

I update my ASUS Transformer from Android 3 to 4, after this OS upgrade Firefox didn't display properly so I install Firefox completely new

now German Umlaut öäü etc are not displayed anymore (instead of Umlaute is a space) not only on webpages also on Firefox settings!

is this bug on Firefox? or is there any solution to fix it?

The Flash plug in crashes immediately whenever FarmVille or CityVille by Zynga loads now. When I try to send a report, the submission fails. When I try to change settings, the Flash plug in crashes as well, never allowing me to change anything. I need help!

Question Using Firefox 10.0.2 Windows XP - All of sudden I can't attach files (except tiny ones <100k) using Gmail. Tried with Internet Explorer and all works fine. And yes I have the flashloader off.

I just upgraded to 12 and it is not completable with DigitalPersona Personal. Will there be a fix or can i go back to an old version? I just went back as far as 7 but still not working.
