When I attempt to open Microsoft Office Word 2007, which is installed on my computer, I get this pop up asking for my product key. I have no knowledge of a product key nor do I know where it can be located. Any one have an idea about this "product key".

Some way I messed up Firefox when I installed then uninstalled a program. Now I can't find the Firefox home page. I want to re-install a fresh copy of Mozilla Firefox to cure the problem

For no reason I can see on Firefox on the upper right corner the bookmark tab disappeared, and on the upper left corner, the most frequent visited websites tab disappeared. There is just nothing there. I can still go to the bottom of the page to navigate but this is most cumbersom and loses all the advantages of one click I had. My computer is an intel windows Vista.

All the browser chrome including the tab switcher, awesomebar, firefox menu, and toolbars, but not the standard minimize/unmaximize/close buttons, will sometimes turn invisible while the window is inactive.

Clicking back into the window restores them. I have a dual monitor setup, and firefox is maximized on one monitor while I'm working on other applications in the other.

This is an intermittent problem, and has been happening for about a week now, starting from a fresh install of Firefox with a clean profile.

The question above summarizes the problem. Firefox tries to do a www.datasrvrs.com redirection every few minutes. I will go back to IE if FireFox continues to do this annoying thing.

Since many months ago, google image search has been showing grey boxes instead of thumbnails after a random number of correctly shown thumbnails.

I've seen several posts on the web and several suggestions, but none solved the problem for me (FF 20.0.1, Windows Vista and Windows 7).

I finally tracked down the source of the problem, and found a workaround:

Looking at my firewall (iptables nat) traffic I found this while loading a image search result: 192.168.168.159 -> 74.125.234.226 TLSv1 Alert (Level: Fatal, Description: Unexpected Message)

So I realized that since a while ago firefox has been using https everytime we use google.

The workaround is, after loading the image search result (with the gray boxes), just replace the https for http in the browser address bar. That loads the remaining images without problems as you scroll down the page.

IE does not present the issue because it doesn't do this redirection. If you load a "good" search result in IE, then replace http for https in the address bar, the same problem happens in IE.

(so, excuse me for posting this here, as it is not really a "firefox" issue, but since most pple are complaining that it is, I though this would be a good place for the information to be found)

I'm wondering if it's possible to open all the previous session's tabs at startup and also open the homepage(s) at the same time? I've tried fiddling with everything in the general tab but with no success. I couldn't find any solutions on the net either so here I am.

Incase there are other ways to do what I want; the reason I want it is so I can force myself to at least look at the news everyday without losing my previous session's tabs. Silly I know but seems like a simple feature that I might be missing somehow - it would also be useful to always open email etc. that folk tend to open as soon as the browser starts anyway.

If it does exist - how please? xD And if not I might pop it in the suggestions box.

My sites main page http://www.totallyamaha.com/ always worked fine in Mozilla for many years. We have not changed anything. Since the last update or possibly last few updates the rollovers in the main frame will not load the rollover image. I have tried clearing temp files and cookies, tried it on other computer and still wont work. All images and functions work perfect in IE and Chrome. Can someone tell me what the problem is??

Each time I start firefox I have to disable/enable the addblock plus add on. In the extensions it indicates that it is enabled, but it is inoperative until I disable and then enable it again.

on 4/21/2013 I was on cox.net which is my home page. had several things minimized and using dvd r/w player when icompleted doing my work, signed off. yesterday tried to start fire-fox when it loaded, screen was full could not get to funmoods search or home page, could not get to the buttons. The problem still exists today. When able to use ao some games get message flash player crashed could send report and re-start, today if get msg, will not re-start. I have Vista Hom premium and use fire-fox on cox.net

Hi, last few days I've had increasing problems with FF 19.0, started with refusing to open any new windows, then started refusing to open from tray icon. I've restarted in safe mode and all works as normal so I tried to go to addon manager, but it just shows a blank screen for extensions. I can see my plugins and themes but there seems to be nothing under extensions. And if I switch to Get Addons I just get the loading icon and nothing comes up.

Having read around here for a while I couldn't find the exact problem, but some related ones, so I have tried deleting the extension files in my profile, except for extensions.sqlite which it says cannot be deleted as it is in use elsewhere.

PS even after allowing the Troubleshooting addon below I can't see it in manager!
