The c-suckers here have blocked access to download page for firefox. every link on the mozilla.org pages just takes you back to the blocked download page. Is there a trusted ftp site where I can download the current version? I've even tried to download the beta version. the installer loads an runs, but the connection is always reset.

I visited http://es.mouser.com/ via a Google search, now when I try to visit http://www.mouser.com it only goes to http://es.mouser.com.

How can I fix it, and How can I prevent this from happening again?

I had Java 7 update 10, which has the 0-day exploit. Oracle released Java 7 update 11. I installed that and uninstalled Java 7 update 10. Now I can't get Firefox to recognize Java. It tells me that Java needs to be installed, but when I try to install the plug in (Java has been installed twice now), it fails. Now I have no Java.

Is getpersonas.com a safe website. It appeared in Allowed sites under Security in Tools/Options. I went to the site and wasn't too sure what it's purpose is... I do not recall allowing this Addon to install. I am a new user of FireFox. Thx ps Great product do not know why I stayed with IE for so painfully long.

i have check the character encoding but other site are working fine.now my character encoding showing unicdoe (UTF - 8 ) I have been tried to change western iso(88591) but it doesnt change the site from diamond symbol filled with question mark. gmail page showing diamond symbol with question mark.

I often use the shortcut Alt FWF to create new directories on Windows.

When FF 15 is set as default it alters the File New menu from Windows Explorer.

It inserts a "Firefox HTML document" item.

This item seems to sabotage the above key combination. It intercepts the last F.

In addition I object to the naming which is plain wrong, for me.

I have deleted the registry key that inserts this thing. Unfortunately it re-appears.

I want to stop this behaviour.

How do I kill this. (Other than by making another browser the default.)

my netflix isn't working because it says my silverlight is outdated. how do i update silverlight when the silverlight updater says "Your operating system does not support the 64-bit version of Silverlight." I am using Windows XP64. It seems I had this problem a few months ago but silverlight seemed to have fixed its self.

MS Silverlight is apparently required to stream Netflix. Streaming has stopped working for me every since Firefox upgraded to 10. MS says Silverlight will only work with a 32 bit browser.

I have a quite unusual issue with Nightly build 15.0a1 (x64) on Windows x64. I can not place the button to cancel loading a webpage right beside the reload page button - everywhere else it is possible to place it, but not at this specific location. If I do so, it becomes visible in the customize wizard but not in normal view. In normal view it is only visible when placed on other locations.

Netflix support says I have to contact you, since my browser might be corrupted? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox, same problem. I just get this same page, listing the system requirements, all of which I meet. I have Windows XP 64 service pack 2, and use Firefox 11. I tried to check my plug-ins, and tried to update Silverlight, but again got a message that I didn't meet system requirements. Very frustrating!! I have a website with embedded mp3 soundtracks that work fine when using IE but not with Firefox (latest version.11Beta). Have tried all the suggested plug-ins to no avail. Running WinXP 64-bit 2003 SP2. Video & soundtrack works fine on other websites such as u-tube.

Page Setup merely changes the topmost title line and freezes the screen except for the ability to close the page and return to the page from which Page Setup was invoked. Print Preview presents a monochrome grey page with the normal menu features that are normally responsive except for the Page Setup function. Print prints a blank page always. Noticed the problems with Firefox versions 10 and 11 and 12 beta, with XP Pro SP2 x64. Firefox version 11 does not have these problems with Windows 7 ult x64.

I am using Firefox and I love to browse websites using it.

But after updating to version 10.0 I am facing problem. The focus doesn't set on textbox of Google search when I open new tab and click on textbox, I have to click on another tasks manager item and then I can see the focus.

I am facing this problem everyday and this happened after updating to this newer version only I was not facing this before.

I keep having a script run when I am playing Face Book games Especially Battle Pirates and it freezes everything. What can i do to stop it? Or fix it so it dosen't freeze my game?

This script runs over and over while I am playing Battle Pirates. Every time it runs it freezes the darn game and I have to click and click on the screen before a box pops up with a long string and asks if I want to stop the string. This is what it says:

What is this and dose it need to run or is it a hacker messing with me and my FF browser ?

When I'm in the middle of a battle screen and it freezes it messes me up. If I am in full screen when it freezes it throws me to another open Browser tab or out of full screen if i don't have another open.

What is this? Something to do with FaceBook? A Hacker ? A BP game glitch. please help. This is driving me crazy. Imagine being in the middle of the best part of a BP battle and freeze.... then click click click i go and zoom to another open window away from the battle so i no longer have a view of the fight let alone control it or boom to non full screen and 1/2 the screen is obscured.

It just happened again while I was typing this request for help. I have a window open with BP also and it took me there. HELP

Firefox keeps sending notification to "UpDate my Firefox" but because I have XP 64bit - I always check the specifications - if I don't it SCREWS up my PC ... well the update specifications DO NOT SUPPORT 64bit ... now what do I do ? But yet you keep sending me the same notification ... HELP ... I think my Firefox is 8. right now

I recently had my Windows re installed. I used to have plus signs next to my tabs in Firefox to add a new tab, and they no longer appear. I know I can open up a new tab under the file menu, but I'd like to see the plus sign again to open one and I can't find the option to do this.
