When surfing the net a page sometime pops up asking a few survey questions or hijacks me to a Doctor OZ page. In the website address it displays Server.BannersDontWork How can I remove this and thus preventing it from disturbing me again?

Recently there had been problems with Yahoo Mail and java, I updated but still unable to use it. The strange thing is that I have a PC (XP) whre it will not work and a laptop (win 7 ) where it does work. Both computers have the latest update of Java and both have the most current version of FF. Anyone have any ideas why one works and the other does not. Maybe it is not java, but I can't think of anything else. Open to suggestions. Thanks

I am a regular user of the Kunena-based forum at lwks.com. Kunena is a Joomla extension. I have been using this forum using Firefox for the past two years without problem. After updating to FF18.0 yesterday, I now find that I cannot insert images or other files into forum posts. When I click on the Add File button and select a file (e.g. jpg) the path to the file on my desktop no longer appears in the Add file box and the Insert button is missing so I am unable to insert the file as an attachment to the forum post.

I have been using the Ohio University email system (Outlook Web Access) and it has been easy for me. I am now bundled with TV, phone and computer on the cable.

Yesterday, I saw the words "Road Runner" on my screen and clicked on it to see what it was. Now I have lost my former email system and must look at ads and news, and worst of all, my email listed in very small print which I can barely read.

How can I reverse the situation and go back to my easy access to Outlook?

When I try to access this website in Internet Explorer it works fine, but in Firefox I get the following error message: In the unlikely event that you are reading this instead of seeing the file layouts as expected it means that your browser is not displaying the frames correctly. The website is a password-protected resource, it accepts my username and password but then gives the error message above. In IE it displays the dictionary straight after I enter my username and password.

I have:

1) Cleared my cache and restarted Firefox 2) Javascript installed 3) In about:config, browser.frames.enabled is set to 'true' 4) Removed all add-ons, restarted Firefox and tried site again but did not work

I have tried it in Firefox on both my work and my home PC (version 20.0.1 on both machines) and it does not work on either machine. On IE it displays the dictionary correctly.

Does anyone know what is/could be wrong, and how I might correct it?

I'm disputing the precise time that I visited a website - but because I revisited the sit by searching for it in History & clicking through the occurrence of the new visit seems to replace the old one in History.

I have recently changed my browser to Firefox and can no longer print my on-line bank statements. I have queried this with my bank, First Direct, and I am informed that this is due my using Firefox and a recent change to Firefox software. I am using XP and have the latest Adobe software. Your help, please. I notice that other users have registered similar problems.

I've looked at all the old topics where opening a site by entering a URL into the Windows Run box or clicking a shortcut invariably results in "Go to a website" greyed-out appearing in the address bar instead of the actual URL.

Again, disabling anything does... not... work.

And, for example, griping to a plugin provider such as Real also does... not... work.

Look over my troubleshooting list and tell me if I'm missing something here.

I have application using this we print barcode it is run good till Firefox 20.0.1 version update. after update, i print barcode but i can not scan it properly. Works in older Firefox version.

I wanted to touch base with you on some issues that I'm having using mozilla persona. The main two issues that I have are:

1) The mozilla persona account seems to stay active for some time after when you properly sign-in. Repeat visits to the site automatically sign you into the previous user account. This is bad inside of an environment where you have multiple users in a medical setting.

2) The session seems to time out while you are using the site that you have signed-in to. This occurs when the site isn't used for an unknown length of time.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on this.

After Firefox 20 installed on my PC, https://www.chase.com/Chase.html will not open. On the same PC, I can open https://www.chase.com/Chase.html using IE 10 and Chrome. Why does Firefox 20 not open this link?

Since I've upgraded to Firefox 19.x, font rendering has been completely broken. Fonts are all messed up, distorted, etc...

I've read through many suggestions about changing options in about:config, and various other settings, but nothing seems to work.

The browser is totally useless like this.

Any help on how to fix the font issue would be greatly appreciated!

If I go into fullscreen my tabbar wont reliable show up when I move my mouse to the top of the screen. It shows up when I go into quicksearch or the url bar via key shortcut. Everything else works as supposed when this happens.

I can receive BBC iPlayer catch-up and Live TV on my Windows 7 desktop PC without a problem using Firefox 20.0. My Laptop and Notebook also run in Widows 7 and appear to be set up much the same as my PC. However, I cannot get BBC Live TV using Firefox, Chrome or Internet Explorer 10. I get the message "The content doesn't seem to be working". My download speed is not the problem. What else is going wrong on my Laptop and Notebook?

Yesterday, I was on my email Outlook Express....I'm not sure why, but the font became very small. I can't figure out how to make it a larger font so it will be easier to read.

Millions of websites that call Jquery datepickers in input fields with a date attribute no loner work today for users viewing those sites with FF 19. First Chrome breaks date pickers, now Firefox. I suppose the rest of the browser will not want to be left out of whatever brilliant idea on the horizon that is the root cause of all this, but this is serious. MILLIONS of websites no longer work, and webmasters are scrambling to find solutions. Whatever was planned by all you browser folks for input fields with a date attribute, will never materialize because you have forced people to call date pickers by some alternate method. That means input fields with a date attribute will be disappearing.
