I have deleted the program several times to reload English - US and it still does not change some of my menu items, ie. bookmarks and add - ons etc. I cannot find the files on my imac to delete. I want a clean 3.6 older version of Firefox on my newest edition of imac. Need it for my daughters online classes.

In the past, when I want to refresh a page, I've simply gone to the page reload icon on the toolbar. On the new version, I can't fin the reload icon. Sorry I know this is a very stupid question,, but I just can't find that reload icon. The toolbar is a lot different from previous versions, but I'm sure tht pesky icon must be there somewhere!!

Windows 7 SP1 and recently installed Firefox 9.0.1. after getting tired of Opera's limitations. On startup I'm getting ~ 20 of these dialog boxes on the desktop (or it repeats when I attempt to get rid of it).

- msconfig doesn't show any Firefox crap on Startup tab - Fast Dial addon installed

When I click on the + sign to open a new tab it was opening to a blank window, Today it started to opening to a web site called funmoods search. I would like to restore to where it comes up blank. Please help! Thanks Dan

I downloaded WinZip and installed it. Despite telling the installation process that I did NOT want the toolbar, the WinZip toolbar was installed and I cannot find a way to uninstall it. Please, help me get this nuisance toolbar off my browser window. Thanks

- anyone have a problem with this? I can't get the CSS attribute font-face to work for downloadable fonts. @font-face {

What is the sanitizer and how can I configure it to accept the downloaded font?

I am using firefox as it came (without making any changes). I have no add ons' either. Web pages are incomplete.(1) Specially where photos are concerned, only some of them appear and the rest are blank. The blank ones display the text only, that come at the bottom of the photo. (2) Sometimes all photos in the web page are missing but the text under each photo appears! (3) When using e-mail, the font tool bar is a ribbon of blank boxes, with the symbols (for 'underline', 'bold' etc) all missing. Some other boxes on the e-mail page, like 'delete' 'spam' etc are empty boxes with the words inside them missing. This is severely restricting my use of Firefox which is my favorite one. Anxiously awaiting advice. - Regards---- (4) I just noticed this. Even here on this very page that I am posting this question, right above where I am typing, the font tool bar is blank (completely empty). When I hover the mouse pointer in that empty space above this box, screen tips (such as 'bold', 'italic' etc.) appear next to the mouse pointer. When the pointer is moved away from the empty area on top of the box, where the font tool bar usually is, the screen tips disappear. This happens on the e-mail pages as well. (5) In the text that often appear on the left or right of a web page, as you see on the right of this question box, the lines overlap on top of one another. Only part of the message can be read.

I'm not sure what's wrong with it, I've been using Firefox for at least a year now. It freezes randomly when I'm typing, and usually when I scroll or when I click a link, it gets to that page and then it freezes. This happens ALL the time, for approximately five - ten seconds each time. Please help.

Already transferred files & folders from old laptop to new one, but Firefox & associated bookmarks did not make the transfer. I've downloaded Firefox to the new laptop, but can't find any useful info on how to import the bookmarks.

Firefox последней версии (9.0.1) "зависает" при попытке загрузки веб-страниц с Flash - элементами. При этом процесс перестает отвечать, приходится снимать задачу в диспетчере задач. При отключенном плагине Shockwave Flash зависания прекращаются.

Simple problem: 1. Enter a term for Google to search for (either using the installed Google toolbar or via their landing page). 2. Results are returned correctly. 3. However, returned links will not open up in the same search result tab, or within a new tab or new window. 4. Selecting the link in the search results tab does nothing. Firefox appears to make a momentary load attempt before remaining at the same location. 5. Launching the link in a new tab/window returns a long-string Google prefix-based (i.e. www.google...) address in the navigation window of a blank tab/window. 6. Web addresses returned from the search can be copied and pasted into new tabs/windows to load without issue. Normal Google search process using this query works from IE every time.

Be advised this is not the Google redirect problem that many users have encountered but something different.

The Facebook Timeline cover-photo seems to render very poorly in Firefox. The image looks blurry. The problem has been there since coverting my profile, and persists with Firefox 9.0.1. The image is made with the right dimensions (850x315px). I've tried uploading jpg/gif/png, interlaced/noninterlaced (...but Facebook converts to jpg). No problems with other browsers. If I copy the image location and load the image in a new tab it looks just fine (...which causes me to believe that the problem is with how Firefox handles the CSS?). Tried uninstalling/reinstalling Firefox.. Tried disabling color management (about:config). Did View>>Zoom>>Reset.

Any help appreciated. Thank you.

I am very new to all of this "stuff"...and just don't understand the vocabulary.....I just want to enlarge the print when I receive my emails.......it is so so small....... Is this because of may changing from Internet explorer to firefox last week????

while google is my default search engine, and my home page is igoogle, when i open a new tab it goes to bing. which i hate. i cant find how to set the new tab to "igoogle" - or even to "blank". just not bing! thanks
