Sinds 2 weken is mijn hotmailaccount niet meer niet meer te openen met Firefox 17; waarschijnlijk na een update. In kan wel inloggen maar daarna werkt niets meer. Als ik me wil inschrijven, krijg ik steeds dezelfde pagine terug. Ook de mappen en berichten van mijn hotmail-account openen niet als ik erop klik. Ik krijg alleen die pagina te zien met: geheime vraag invullen, alternatief email-adres invullen .e.d. en verder kom ik niet, ik kan klikken/invullen wat ik wil. Niets doet het !

Met IE werkt de hotmail-account wel. Alleen wil ik de IE browser nooit gebruiken.

Weet u misschien een oplossing zodat ik mijn hotmailaccounts weer normaal kan ópenen, én gebruiken met Firefox. Ik wil gewoon weer kunnen aanmelden op mijn hotmailaccount met Firefox, mijn berichten en andere hotmail-mappen weer kunnen openen.

After a computer restart I started a new session without restoring the tabs from the previous session. Is there a way to restore those tabs without selecting each one from History ?

New Messenger for Firefox facility is down for a few hours. After user clicks on Turn ON, messenger sidebar opens but user can not Log In the system. So Facebook Messenger facility can not be used currently.

Please fix the issue if possible.

I was just looking for mods for Oblivion on tesnexus when I suddenly couldn't download anything anymore. I had been downloading things all day, but nothing that would change anything this drastically. I went to other sites and found out I couldn't download anything there either. I've tried clearing my cache, history and cookies to no avail. I tried disabling my plugins and antivirus and again, nothing. I tried resetting my computer, but it was another failure. I tried using IE and still I couldn't download the files. I've been working hard to mod Oblivion, but all that effort seems to be for nothing since the only option I see left is to format my hard drive and start over... I desperately need help so it doesn't come to that. Please HELP!

I can remember a check off box to delete all cookies and temp files on termination of each session. I can't find it any longer - where did it go? I can't believe you have to manually delete files to keep the crap off the computer now. Running 17.0.1. for windows xp home.

Can't access add-ons.mozilla.com account

I've an account at add-ons.mozilla.com simply to keep track of the addons I use. But for sometime now I can't properly log in. After filling in my log-in info and clicking "log in" I just get redirected to the main page which still shows "register or log in" at the top of it. There's no error message or anything.

After clean re-install of Firefox I was able to access the account once - see my collections, change my profile, etc. - but simply leaving the account overview was enough for the website to consider me as not being logged in: "register or log in" at the top of the page instead of my account name and clicking on "add to collection" gives the "to create your own collections [...] log in [...]" pop up. I did not visit another site or install anything in between.

Everything I tried to fix this myself: - deleted cache, cookies, history, active logins - disabled all addons - tried to log in while "Private Browsing" was active - tried to log in using Google Chrome - typing in an incorrect password gives the expected error message (Please enter a correct username and password. Note that both fields are case-sensitive.) - requested password reset and successfully reset password - created a new account with a different email, successfully confirmed email all of these ended with the same failure to log in.

No matter from which angle I approach it I get redirected to the main page (same as you would if the log in were successful) but it doesn't register me as being logged in, won't let me access my account, see or add to my collections.

Why am I getting 97/100 on acid3 test on firefox and message in the left corner "You should not see this at all" and when I want to copy that text mark it it says FAIL. Settings are default and I'm using latest 17.0.1 firefox, I tried to disable plugins and extensions same results

I recently installed outlook on my machine. Now instead of Gmail as my default email it uses outlook and I want to change it back to Gmail but I do not have Mailto as a content type in apps. Please help.

is there any FF own controls or external plugin which would allow me *full*, comfortable (via dialog panels), interactive control of Search Bar providers like, say, Opera browser does (and always did)?

for some reasons, the current FF UI only allows me to edit a 'keyword', or I am missing something?

Why is it so complicated to import my old Firefox bookmarks? I have a harddrive from my old computer (march 2012) in a ext hard drive enclosure which is attached to my new laptop via USB, and I can NOT find a simple way to import my old bookmarks. I wasted several hours today trying to do that. I have bookmarks-2012-02-07.json and I have places.sqlite. I want to >include< which ever file has my old bookmarks with the existing new bookmarks file. That’s it! Please don’t tell me to convert it HTML, it didn’t work.

After updating the latest Mozilla, there are two websites that I go to everyday. Those sites are not formatted in the webpage format. For example, one website is my Century Link email account. I can log on to email but the page that comes up reads and looks like a Microsoft Word document. The other website is my online banking website. No other sites are giving me trouble.

I can't stop 2 messages from popping up...these appear every few minutes of being online with firefox (17.01), keefox (1.1.3), and keepass (?), Win7 (64 bit). I've gone into the options page and changed all of those setting (for messages), but the settings keep returning to the defaults, and I keep getting the pop-ups. I help elderly people with their computers. A common complaint is that they cannot read the URL window. Is there a way to enlarge the type/font size & boldness in the URL window (and the search window)?

I've been a Firefox user since before the beginning. I used the original Netscape 1.0.

Tonight I did one thing: add my Android Tablet browser to sync.

IT IMMEDIATELY ERASED ALL MY GODDAMN BOOKMARKS!

I realize that sync is not a form of backup but the one thing it should NEVER do is ERASE anything.

I've had it with this piece of crap browser. It has been steadily going downhill for a long time and I'm fed up with it. This is the last straw. It's not like there aren't alternatives.

hello, the view menu in the library doesn't change the arrangement of bookmarks themselves (but only allows you to temporarily view them sorted by certain criteria). in order to organize them alphabetically, right-click a bookmarks folder & select "sort by name".

but there is no sort by name in the droip down box when I right click a bookmarks folder, but I eventually found the folder and done it as sort by name showed so I click on it and closed the bookmark, then opened again but did not change?

Morning. Two days ago I reinstalled FF on on clean install of W7. After installing every (software, ext., personas, etc) when I start FF, the "add tab" is sometimes on the far right (which does not bother me), but when I clik on the plus sign, the new tab opens to "Delta Search".

Other times I start FF, and the plus sign is right nest to the tab. And when I click on that Google opens, as it should.

Right now, I'm writing/sending this in Safe Mode. All my software that I have installed, is the same software I have on my XP machine (minus a few things that would not work/or needed anymore).

Any thoughts?
