After updating Firefox to 13 a couple of days ago, I can't play any videos from any site (Youtube, Crackle, etc) and I can't look at Google street view. When I place the man on a street, nothing shows...just blank! I have latest plugins and Java, flash, etc are working just fine! Google Chrome and Internet Explore are working fine as well.

Until this problem is fixed, I gotta use Google Chrome! Help!

For whatever reason, youtube will no longer work in my firefox browser anymore. Every time I try to play a video I get a message saying "An error has occurred. Please try again later." I have tried running firefox in safe mode, but that didn't help. I believe it stopped working after I installed the newest version of Java. So I even tried uninstalling it, but that did not work either. I have the newest version of adobe flash and firefox, so I have no idea what is causing this problem.

Flash videos without sound when using firefox. I have reinstalled plugins, flash player up to date. Sound is ok on IE 9. I cant listen to any Youtube videos using Firefox. I would like to keep Firefox as my main browser, but need to fix this problem. Can someone help me ?

PLUG INS check tells me that Shockwave Flash plugin is outdated. But when I check on Adobe website, I have the current version of this plugin (11.3.300.257) I saw similar posts, but none recent.

All programs are up-to-date (firefox 13.0.1, flash & real player download). Firefox will not load you tube videos and gives "an error occurred. try again later." message. Links embedded in flash animations won't load new page when clicked on. All sites work in Chrome or Explorer. Restarted machine - no luck, cleared cache - no luck. This is a recent problem (all worked a few days ago).

I have Mac. Since I have updated to firefox 13.0.1 I have trouble with my yahoo mail. I am able to log in but it keeps asking me to type my password every 2 mins. the exact line is this below. " Sorry, your session has expired. To protect your account, you need to confirm your password periodically." I have contacted to Yahoo help but they said the firefox update problem. Would you know how to fix this problem? Thank you

When i select word and choose from right click search google for, firefox opens a new tab and switch to it immediately. i don't want firefox to switch immediately to such tab. i may have other words to highlight and click search google for it.

so, how to make firefox not switch immediately to tabs opened by the right click search google for? also as a note in my firefox tab options the switch immediately to opened tab is unchecked and i use the latest version.

MY NEW TAB PAGE CHANGED TO A "CONDUIT.COM" PAGE (after I updated the bittorrent) RATHER THE ORIGINAL THUMBNAIL PAGE, how do I get it back?

The plug-ins checker shows Flash to be out-of-date, but Adobe's plug-in checker shows that I am up-to-date. Also Firefox's about:plugins page shows that my Flash is the correct version. I have erased the pluginreg.dat file and it did not solve the problem. Any other suggestions or is this your plug-ins checker again?

I updated FireFox to 13.0.1 last night and my Norton Identity Safe disappeared. I found it had been disabled. I contacted Norton and got this reply:

"If you made to upgrade to the Firefox version 13, they made some unexpected changes which has prevented the Norton Tool Bar from loading. We/the Engineers are working to correct this as quickly as possible. It is SO annoying when Firefox makes these changes and ends up frustrating so many of us. I’ve written a letter to them complaining of their deliberate attempts to keep the Norton Tool Bar from functioning. Maybe if enough others do the same, we might not have to suffer this disruption of our convenience."

Why on earth does this happen so often? I never have problems with the few other plug ins I use. Would be nice if there was better communication for developers of security software were kept in the loop.

About a month ago I updated firefox to 13 and flash to 11.3 and I had the common issue alot of users had of firefox crashing. So as recommended I downgraded to flash 10.3 ( I don't have real player so I knew that wasn't the issue). 4 weeks passed and I'd read online that the issue had been fixed so I updated my flash again to 11.3 . As soon as I did i started having problems with flash content again, it's not crashing like before but firefox won't display flash content like my facebook games it just sticks and won't work ( these flash games play fine on IE with no sticking so I know it's a firefox / flash issue rather than a facebook issue also the games are all made by different company's which also suggests it's not a game developer issue but the main reason I'm quite sure it's a firefox / flash issue is the fact it happened as soon as I updated to flash 11.3 again), i can watch videos but not play flash content games. I've tried firefox in safe mode (addons disabled) and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling flash 11.3. Neither made any difference What should i do ? do I need to downgrade to flash 10.3 again and if so is the issue ever going to fixed so I will beable to upgrade to 11.3 and stay on it and not have to keep downgrading flash version ?

Running a new MAC - with OSX 10.7.4 - Firefox plug in list said to update Shockwave Flash. Performed upgrade, restarted computer and the list still says I need to update Shockwave. Please can you advise why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue. Many thanks

After a new update this morning all new tabs that I open appear with thumbnails of previously visited website. I do NOT want this feature. Please advise how to turn it off. Thank you

Smart Suggestor keeps popping up and I want to uninstall but cannot find it. It is not in my add-ons, extensions, programs, folders...no where! There is no buttons to click on my right hand tool bar etc. I am running foxfire 13.0.1, windows 7. It is very annoying, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

so I have Firefox 13.0.1 and upgraded flashplayer to 11.3 and flash no longer works. I've tried lots of things, but finally downgraded flas player to 11.2. Still no joy. The only way I can get Flash to work is if I start Firefox in safemode with add-ons disabled. If i manually disable add-ons from within Firefox is still doesn't work, so I guess that isn't quite the same as the safemode disabling. I don't have RealPlayer installed. I tried creating a new profile, but still no joy. Any other ideas for me to try please?

I have removed "mystart.incredibar" virus by Reset of all entries related to it in about:config page and then start Firefox in safe mode. After restarting Firefox, all reset values again highlighted and displays as user define. How do I permanently delete these entries related to "mystart.incredibar"?
