The Real Player Browser Download Record Plugin 15.0.1 in Firefox 10 stopped appearing on all videos. It was working from 1/31 to 2/3 and now doesn't show at all. A clean reinstall of Real Player 15 Plus doesn't fix this. OS is Windows 7 Home Premium. As usual after a F.F. upgrade, the download button works on Internet Explorer. Now it's the weekend and Real's Developers aren't even working! The Developers of both companies need to coordinate this once and for all. Norton started doing this with Mozilla at my suggestion for the Norton Tool Bar and there no longer is any delay in compatibility. Please contact Real Player tech support to complain. Their Case Manager told me that the three week compatibility delay with Real Player 14 last year would never happen again. I wouldn't bet on it.

My Firefox browaer starts with searchnu rather than Google. When I try to reset it it says that the searchnu tool bar has not allowed the change to take place. How do I step by step remove this malware program. My pc tools won't remove it

I'm trying to use a ssl proxy with accounts.google.com.

Usually, firefox warns me about invalid certs, however it let me add an exception if I wanted to connect to it anyway.

But, if i want to connect to accounts.google.com, it blocks me, and it doesn't let me add that exception.

Why it happens only with this subdomain?

Firefox 10.0 says it's incompatible with Norton Toolbar and Norton 360 Identity Safe. We recently had this with upgrade to Firefox 9.0. Can the update/workaround Norton provided for Firefox 9.0. somehow be incorporated in 10.0?

I'm only updating Shockwave Flash because the plugin page says to do it; otherwise I have no problems. The sequence of updating problems I am having is different from that described by others: 1) Checked for plugin updates: Shockwave Flash 11.1 r102 was highlighted as "Vulnerable" with red UPDATE NOW. 2) Clicked on Update Now and was prompted to download Adobe Flash Player 11.1.102.62 (not Shockwave Flash); Ran downloaded .exe file to install; Closed Firefox during install as requested and installation completed. 3) Opened Firefox; Checked plugins and now saw notice that Flash Player version was out-of-date and disabled. 4) As test, played a youtube video; Clicked on prompt at top of screen for "missing plugin"; Update self-executed, requested closing Firefox, and completed installation. 4) Opened Firefox; Checked plugins and once again saw that Shockwave Flash needed UPDATE NOW (as described in #1 above). Adobe Flash Player is not listed anywhere in the plugin list. So now I'm back to where I was before, wondering if I really am vulnerable due to this version of Shockwave Flash.

I remember that that on previous versions of Firefox you could get a Swedish spell-check + dictionary by simply "adding" a new dictionary when writing text, through: [*right click*]>[Languages]>[Add Dictionaries...].

Just recently I am getting the following error message when trying to access web sites. I am using Firefox browser version 10.0.2. I get a pop up window stating "Exc in ev handl: TypeError: c.location is null" as the web site page is being displayed in browser winder. Then I have to click ok. It doesn't matter what web link/site I go to it happens. It is an issue with some plug-in?

I tried to uninstall the toolbar through Control Panel and changing browser settings and it worked temporarily a couple of times, but the toolbar keeps coming back. Now a window has opened up and can't be closed. it says:" browser settings change, an unknown change was detected on your browser search settings: keep current settings" or "I'm aware if this change and approve it". I have 2 accesses to firefox: one on the bottom toolbar and one on the screen. This window stops me from accessing firefox from the toolbar. It looks like very soon I won't have access to firefox anymore. FoxTab 1.4.4 stopped working.all i get is ablue window where the grid ith my topsites use to be.i tried removing the extension then re-installing it but I get the same condition.Anyone got any ideas.Oh Yes there was a windows update this morning

depuis que j'ai mis firefox 10, ma page d'accueil (www.google.com/ig) se transforme en "www.searchnu.com/406" . Apres avoir remis la page de démarrage (par "outils""options""general") à "afficher ma page d'accueil" puis avoir mis sur la page d'accueil "http\\www.google.com/ig" puis "OK" , si j'arrete firefox , quand je le redémarre, la page de démarrage devient "http\\searchnu.com/406" Que faire pour retrouver automatiquement ""www.google.com/ig" comme sur les anciennes versions de firefox??

I cannot properly test the latest version of RealDownloader; add-on is disabled in FF 10. I have the latest version of RealDownloader, in which the incompatibility with FF10 is supposed to be fixed.
