Friday night I was using the Nightly (possibly a week old) and discovered a feature had been added that causes two tabs to the same URI to combine into a single tab (i.e., closes one of the two leaving only one tab available). While I cannot enumerate all of the reasons why I might want two tabs for the same resource I can say that most of the time it is due to design features of the service provider.
When I create a new tab and set its location to the exact same URI as the adjacent tab, I have a very good reason for it. My rendering software deciding that I don't need two tabs providing the same resource is quite annoying.
I would simply like to find the setting to disable this feature (and the Nightly version and release in which the feature is first offered)
I apologize if this question is answered somewhere already. I simply could not trudge through the thousands of results provided by searching for the words -> disable combine tab. Especially since every result provided seemed to contain only one of those words.
