I accidently hit "enlarge window," and now the Firefox window fills up the whole computer screen and I absolutely cannot resize it. Since I have a Mac, I first called Mac Support and they worked with me for an hour and a half trying absolutely everything they knew. Couldn't do it !
I have the 21.0 Firefox browser in a 10.6.8 Mac operating system.
I can slide the screen around, but I cannot make it be the smaller size it was before. How do I fix this ?
Please answer in kindergarten simple language as I am an "old" person and just don't understand so many of the technical computer terms

I have been using Firefox for many years now. Firefox 19.0 on a Mac OS X 10.6.8 Lately when I open and view some web pages an Icon with 'MSN Entertainment -.mp4' appears. Some sessions leave as many as 15 to 20 of these Icons. I can not open them with any thing. Did I do something wrong or what. I can't seem to find out the answer. They do not appear when we use Safari

Print-outs using Firefox done on my Brother printer model MFC-J825DW come out with text missing and with margins way off and with articles beginning at the bottom of the page. When try printing out the same article with other web browsers, there are no lay-out problems, but the printer prints much lighter. How can I change the settings on Firefox so that these issues go away?
